The Brier Creek PNC Branch... No drive through service. No counter service. Does not accept in person deposits, will not process in person withdrawal's. What is the point? Change the name to pnc process center.

I used to love PNC, however, the new "Cashless Banks" are stupid. What is the point? There are no longer locations near my house, and they limit the amount I can withdraw with an ATM....time to switch banks...

Isn't the point of a bank to handle money? The are "cashless" and sent me to another bank. I don't have time to drive around looking for another bank. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

You're not really a bank, so find another name to call yourselves. No tellers here. No deposits. Only the ATM for cash (no $100 bills.) Not sure what the people inside do, except market this scam organization to other unsuspecting victims. A real disappointment.

After my day of unsuccessfully trying to find a functioning PNC ATM in Raleigh, I figured I’d chance this one before my flight from RDU. Pulled up, and was overly excited to see that it worked! Put my card in, entered my PIN, hit deposit, and get ready for… NOPE! “sorry, this ATM is unavailable” followed by full Microsoft Windows reboot. Got my hopes up for nothing. I needed to put some cash in my checking account before my trip, but I guess some of my bills won’t be going through before month’s end! Thank you so much PNC! Thanks for wasting my time and my gas, particularly when it’s over $4.50 per gallon. It was also 100° yesterday so that was fun too. Three branches, all with only one ATM (why only ONE?!), all of them not working across a 24 hour period. Excited to find a new bank when I come back.

Super friendly staff - but like a lot of PNCs I think this one has gone cashless (except for the ATM), so make sure you call ahead and check!
