Bank here with the company I work for, unfortunately. Visited the branch today (1/9/23) on Capital Boulevard to do a deposit and receive some change. Went through drive-thru like normal. Gave the teller my bank bag that had my exact deposit and change notated. I received my bank bag from the teller and knew immediately something was wrong due to the weight of the bag. I asked the teller what happened to the change and she told me that I did not ask for any change. I told her the extra money was in the bank bag and that I included a hand written note for change. Eventually, she found my hand written note on the floor, but said there was no extra money. She "looked" for the extra money, but couldn't find it. Keep in mind, this is after she said there was no request for change, but, she miraculously found the note eventually. Despite her best efforts, she couldn't find the money. This branch is a joke. If you enjoy long wait times for simple transactions, this is the branch for you. PNC........if you reply, I would love to see the video of my transaction. Let's keep in mind.......I was told that I didn't request any change, to that my request was found on the floor, but yet I didn't include any money. I dare you to make this right.

I spoke with Kim today. I’ve called before to get bank statements printed by two other associates so I can scoop them up instead of waiting in line for them to be printed. Kim is so lazy she decided to lie and say this couldn’t be done. I asked to be transferred, and she clearly did not transfer me since I was on hold for over 10 min. Thanks kim for wasting my time and not doing anything extra to help your clients. I’m done with PNC.

Despite having a mortgage, a business and personal accounts at PNC, as well as calling ahead and making an appointment, they would not notarize 5 documents, to close out our PNC mortgage. These documents were not "PNC enough" for them to notarize. So now we are not depositing the proceeds into PNC and are not considering PNC for our next mortgage. What a ridiculous policy.

I will never bank here again, they're some liars. I had money in my account and the teller going to tell me the funds are still pending. which was a lie because my online statement told me it was available. Friday after my payroll deposit hit, I will be closing out my account and putting my money in my SECU account. I never have problems with SECU.

New customer opened an account today online with virtual wallet it was quick and convenient. Followed by depositing check in person the teller was very nice andPersonable , didn’t catch anyone’s names but she was nice as well as the older gentleman who helped me with my account and discussed credit card

I’m literally trying to open account right now. Mike Casey from Crabtree location told me he didn’t have time to help me after they signed me in and took my temp. Just very inconvenient
