Cashless bank outside of ATM so know that before you waste your time on that type of transaction like I did.

Sooo good to see a bank still handling cash transactions! The PNC in wake forest is a cashless bank. This one here was great! Helped me with my issue and got me on my way. They were very welcoming, pleasant and professional! Thanks PNC team!

I don’t understand why this bank is obsessed with only having one ATM at all of their branches. It’s NOT CONVENIENT making me drive to another branch just to hope they have a functioning ATM. This isn’t an isolated incident either. I remember having to drive all over Orlando trying to find a working ATM when I lived in Central Florida. It’s time to find a new bank.

I DONT WANT U TO BE SUBJECTED . LIKE I WAS TO RANDOM ACCOUNT CLOSING WITH NO EXPLANATION BUT AN IDIOTIC ONE ANDDDDD FUNDS MISSING DUE TO THEIR P N C CORPORATE OFFICE. OH DID I MENTION THEN UR PENALIZRD LIKE ITS UR FAULT .AND UR MONEY CANT BE REFUNDED BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO INVESTIGATE WHERE THEY SENT YOUR CASHIER'S CHECK AFTER PROVING IT HASNT BEEN CASHED. SMART AS A BOX OF ROCKS.I SAID WHAT I SAID ANDDDD SITTING IN THE BANK FOR 5HOURS WHILE UR FOOD SPOILED AND U LOST TIME . AT WORK .NO COMPASSION EMPATHY OR RESOLUTION AND ITS OK WITH CORPORATE?????????

I have had a business account with the for 8 years and they would’nt notarize a document that I needed a notary for. So much for customer service.

Convenient location. Wide ATM to use. Side entrance is easier than using Glenwood. Staff inside was friendly when I needed help.

I've been a member of PNC for years. This particular branch would not give a withdrawal slip at the drive thru window. I explained to the teller that my little one was sleep, it was raining, I had all documentation/ ID and I've been given slips in the past. The teller was not apologetic, very cold and told me I had to come inside. I am going to close this account, too much trouble to go through to get my own money!
