This would be a positive review if the front desk people were not rude. On two separate occasions, I've asked the same employee a question (very basic questions). Each time he's treated me like I am from another planet and been standoffish. He and the little short girl at the desk both used to either not say hello at all when I walked in the door or acted slightly hostile. Now, they act like they are so friendly when I walk in the door, but with an air of ugliness behind it. I've never complained until now.

Great staff. Nice facility. A little lacking in some equipment (e.g., only one chest fly machine, and regularly a wait to use it); abundant supply of cardio equipment.
This facility regularly has roof leak issues and "system" issues which can affect check-in as well as their controls of Black Card amenities (e.g., hydromassage beds).

Nice gym, however you may want to scrub down the shower walls on occasion, to remove the 'buger bandits"

Here, you can listen great music (edm principally) during the night!! I usually visit several Planet Fitness through North and South Carolina during the year, and here I feel better, I don't need to use headphones.
This place is not crowded as others in the area.
The staff is very friendly too.

Clean but equipment is old and falling apart(see first pic). They have lot of equipment that nobody uses(see pics). Many equipment is missing. Compared to Chapel Hill NC location for example, the equipment in Chapel hill is new and have many equipment that’s not available in this Raleigh location

Drop in for foreigners is $20 per 24 hrs.
So you can go back in as many as you can within the period of time.
- Please bring a key for locker and towel if you wanna take shower.
- Gym is huge and have every equipments you need.
-Friendly and polite peoples and staffs.
- Check time open-close. Only 24hrs on weekday.

I went with a friend on his membership and had a really good time! they also said, that I could get a membership for $25 a month and a $46.00 dollar each year. But I didn't want it!

After losing money from them taking out of my account without authorization, my daughter and I no longer attended. At times 200 to a total of 500 a month for two months without any help from the company to trace it. I bought bank statement s and everything. My bank red flagged them on one occasion and called me. We did printouts and everything but no one ever took it seriously or even looked at the evidence.
