Went in for an interview at 11:00 came 10 minutes early. I sat for a hour without no interview, ended up walking out. the manager was also present during this. The staff were too busy gossiping to even notice me sit there for an hour. I gave them my phone number for a “ call back” and I have yet to receive a phone call. unprofessional.

Gym restrooms are ALWAYS dirty. Unfortunately, they hire young kids who could care less when it comes to acknowledging different races of people and professionalism. I personally have witnessed this many times on a regular basis, and even had a staff member admit it to me! Look at some of the comments from members speaking about discriminatory actions from staff!!!

My brother called me to ask me something I spoke in Arabic,
One of the staff heard me speaking Arabic and said, "Your voice is scary, she was African American girl.
I'm very disappointed and sad.

As a Certified Personal Trainer who has visited several Planet Fitness locations across different states, I can confidently say that the Raleigh location is the best I've encountered. The gym is exceptionally clean, with a wide variety of machines and an excellent massage room. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist, and the locker rooms are spotless. Overall, I was highly impressed with this facility.

Scheduled a TRX class at 12:30pm per the app for today. Waited for the trainer until 12:45pm then went to the front desk to inquire.
I was told that the trainer wouldn't be in until 1:30 pm and BTW the paper schedule is correct and the app is wrong. How would anyone know this? They should have seen me scheduled through the app and notified me of the error before I arrived. After all there are only seven people working at the front desk with nothing to do.

Planet Fitness has been a great gym for me and my family. The cost of the membership is very affordable, and I'm always impressed with how clean they keep the facility. I highly recommend joining Planet Fitness and getting the Black Card membership!

Personable staff. Huge variety and quantity of cardio & weight training equipment. Never have to wait. Love the hydro massage & the Total Body Enhancement red light therapy with the vibrating plate.
