Really clean, amazing selection and fully stocked. The employee was way too helpful and way too nice! She instantly plucked my last nerve and I ended up waiting in the car after my purchase for my Man to finish being his Southern Gentleman self. I am still not used to how much people like to chit chat here in the South.
We ended up going to the Hwy 51 Diner in the same complex and the waitress wouldn't shut up ... OMFG!

I recently got my dog groomed at this location my groomer was Kay, our interactions started out normal enough I mentioned my dog had two little mats behind her ears that id like removed there was no reason to shave my dogs ears completely. I wouldn’t leave a one star review just for that hair grows back. where I have a huge issue is my dogs ears had cuts not razor burn but small cuts like she used scissors instead of clippers on her ears and my groomer said nothing about them! I had to bring it up and she told me “ya that can happen sometimes when you take scissors over ears” it wasn’t until we got home I noticed my dog
Had some nicks on her tail and near her bottom. Id come back to this location but would definitely be using a different groomer I don’t trust her with my dogs safety.

I live locally to this store and it would be so convenient. Their policy is to price match and return food. Well there is a woman Leslie there who acts like she owns the store and I have a sensitive pup I had to return food a couple of times. I told her I’m experimenting with the foods and if it’s a problem I’ll go to a larger chain- she said no. So I brought something back just to exchange. By the way, petsmart, and chewy and as far as I know the big pet stores all support this as the manufacturers I think usually reimburse them. Well I went in to exchange a small bag of food and the girl was about to help me when a young guy working there made a “NO” motion to her from the back not to do it and then came out and started arguing with me in front of everyone that he heard Leslie say I couldn’t do it which she never said! And I felt targeted and embarrassed in a store in front of everyone like I’m a criminal! This store is way overpriced and understocked in every way and if they can’t afford to offer the benefits of larger stores like price matching than they shouldn’t. I was embarrassed and treated like a criminal there! I would pass on this place!

Racist, unprofessional and hostile work environment! The company as a whole! Being the ONLY Hispanic who worked at the store I felt very much like an outsider. Being left out of everything, the other groomer whatever his name is would hide products and treat me differently. Lesley the store manager is the biggest racist and would say off the walls things to me, everybody used me as ‘the Spanish speaker’ just because of my heritage. I was ignored and overlooked when I asked for help. Lesley made me feel very small whenever she would yell at me. She’d throw things and raise her voice to the top of her lungs. Constant lies were spread about the store about me, since day One There was always issues and this racist store plotted their way to push me out.
I remember all the dogs I groomed at this location and their parents faces. I interacted with every single customer that entered the store even if they weren’t coming to see me for a groom. Wouldn’t recommend this store to roaches or lice!

I had the best experience ever in the store ,as well as ,in the grooming salon today . Will be back for future nail appts for my pups .

We brought our doubles coated dog in thinking we wanted to shave her. But our groomer (Noir) was very kind and explained to us what a double coat does for the dog and how it helps keep the dog insulated for cold weather and hot weather she really took her time
And explained to us why shaving was a bad idea and that it would damage her coat, Noir did offer to tidy up her body and trim her leg hairs. She’s never looked better! Thank you to Noir for taking the time out of ur day and talk with us and doing what was best for our pet <3

Thank goodness for Noir! My smaller dog has an injured back leg and does NOT enjoy getting her nails cut. She fusses at first with Noir but then settles down and reluctantly lets her do it. My bigger dog is scared of everybody as he was rescued from a violent/abusive situation and he's nervous around new people and places. She is so calm and gentle with him. Nobody else has ever been able to groom him and do a good job because of how skittish and restless he is. My dogs and I hope you keep her at your store indefinitely!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here getting my dog Lilo groomed! He was a rescue and normally doesn’t handle baths or haircuts very well. Kay worked with him and made him look amazing! I felt very comfortable talking to her on the phone during a consultation and felt confident leaving Lilo in her care. I definitely plan on brining him back to see her and I would highly recommend her to anybody and everybody!

Took my dog there two months ago for grooming and gave them vet paperwork and they lost the paperwork and didn’t tell me when I scheduled for second appointment. I came up there for nothing because I didn’t have his records with me. Couldn’t get my dog groomed. Nice people but their customer service level needs some work.

I came in one day recently to get my baby a spa day & i was talking to (Kay) and she was offering me a free service for school but this rude girl noir came and pushed her out of the way to take the appointment away instead of letting the girl get her practice. To me this is a form of bullying , when I went to inform the lead . I overheard Kay tell Jackie while she was on the phone that if the dogs fur was longer she could use it for practice & she said no because it was the other girl Noir’s appt (WHEN SHE WAS JUST RESCHEDULING). noir was rude & she doesn’t do a good job with the groom. Kay was very nice, and caring about my dogs needs. when i come in for grooms Kay always leaves smelling good and it lasts for a good while. I feel as if Noir should no longer work for this business because she gives the business a bad reputation based off of her people skills . Poor manners!!! She also did a horrible job with my dog !

Nadasha is amazing! She’s been grooming Kenzie since she fostered her as a puppy. After we adopted Kenzie she quickly grew into a fluff monster and we’re so happy we have Nadasha as our groomer! We obviously know she takes great care of her and Kenzie always comes back happy, smelling and looking great. Thank you so much Nadasha! We so appreciate you ❤️
