I took my dog to this office for a first time visit because she was having itching skin and eyes and they wouldn't even let us see the provider for this issue before we agreed to pay $400 for something we weren't there for. I probably would have gone back for more services if we hadn't been brushed off. This place will NEVER EVER get my business.

This place is always understaffed, and whenever they have staff they’re unprofessional even by entry level retail standards. We keep stopping in to see if it was a one off thing, but it seems like this location just stays disappointing. We drive further out to the PetSmart on Millbrook now, because they have friendlier staff, stock the shelves well, and actually hold engaging conversations about pet care. We would rather drive a little further knowing we can rely on the service and product availability then waste time trying with this place any more.

when I came to buy the fish the salesperson told that the animal department is closed because she is the only staff on duty.. really disappointed

Intro doggy training today and Yaz was AWESOME. She deserves ALL the stars. My puppy had a great time and got noticeably better in just the first session. Yaz also took the time to walk me through some at-home training I could do to help hit our goals faster. Signed up for regular classes and looking forward to it. Thanks again Yaz!

The staff are excellent!! We went through basic and advanced fundamentals with the trainers here and it's been a truly invaluable experience. Our girl was a foster from a bad situation and now she is on track for canine good citizenship! She has blossomed, and has been able to grow out of her anxiety. To say we are happy with the service here is to put it lightly.

We had a good initial visit. I have a small healthy dog that just needed a check for his shots. The vet asked me if I would be willing to hold off on one for a couple of weeks to space them out. Of course! Whatever is best for my dog. I purchased one of their package exams that included the shots. Both the vet and receptionist said there of course would be no additional fee for the followup shot/visit.
We booked the followup appointment to come back right then and there. Again assured there would be no additional fee. We came back for the appointment and they tried to charge us $150 because today there was a different vet there and they needed to do an exam.. excuse me? He just had an exam here two weeks ago.. they kept arguing that it was a different vet- how is this our fault there is a different vet there that day? Do they not trust their partners? Then they didn’t know what the additional shot he needed was.. I didn’t particularly remember. I would expect the vet to have this information since they are the ones asking me to come back for it.. We argued this and they then tried $125, $75, $50… My husband finally paid then $40 after it turned into talking to 3 different people and spending an hour there for an appointment that was just to get a vaccine we had already paid for. COMPLETE SCAM

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The lady who assisted me and my dog was incredibly attentive and pleasant, fulfilling all my requests. I was initially concerned about the outcome, especially since I didn’t want my dog’s fur to end up looking pink "skin." My dog needed a trim, and with his white fur and tiny size, I wanted to ensure the cut was just right. The result was perfect, and I’m very pleased with how it turned out.

Once again all petco dosnt know how to care for the reptiles they have there! The reptiles are kept in bad conditions and as someone who has had reptiles my whole life I know how they need to be cared for and how there enclosure should look. The staff working in the animal sections don’t know how to take care of the animals they had to look up what kind of substrate to use for a ball python and suggested aspen, which they got this information from the petco website! Which is horrible because aspen dosnt hold moisture, which ball pythons need. Petco is bad do not support this pet store! Staff have no interest in the animals care/needs! Get better staff.( edit)(if you are checking in to petcos you need to check the ones near land o lakes fl and pasco county they are worse than the care in NC)

Had a grooming today 8/9/2024 at 11:00AM. TAMIKA denied my grooming because of her hostile and disgusting attitude; her hair was messy as she snatched my dogs leash she was very rude, over bearing and disrespectful. DO NOT bring my pets here 0/10.

I go to this location for multiple reasons, Vet ,shopping, and self grooming. Employees are very friendly and attentive.
