Woof Gang Groomer did an amazing job with my Nervous Pyrenees, Luna Snowball! She looks absolutely beautiful, and her cute Grinch feet are no longer a fluffy mess. The team was so patient and gentle with her, making the entire experience stress-free. Luna came home clean, happy, and looking like a show dog. Highly recommend for anyone with a big, fluffy pup!

“While a bit limited on stock, this store is really well maintained and the staff are fairly knowledgeable on the product range that they offer. While I'm not personally someone that buys into the whole "all-natural" lifestyle for my pets, it's good to know that the option exists and I heard some interesting viewpoints while there. Definitely worth checking out sometime for those who don't like the way larger chains operate, although it is a shame that they don't seem to carry any live animals at the moment.”

“I have the pickiest Golden Retriever on Earth and had some initial doubts, but the second her new salmon food bag made it in to the house, her interest sparked. She's been on several flavors of Pet Wants Food for a couple years now, and happily eats them all. Don't even get me started on her freeze dried salmon and freeze dried chicken heart addictions! The owners are knowledgeable and always happy to help with suggestions! Great store at the fairgrounds flea market, and it's always fun to stop by their booth at area events; I highly recommend!”

“So we started Charley, a standard poodle on the dry chicken kibble must have been 4 to 5 months ago. Up to that point he had suffered from loose stool every two to three weeks. No fun when you are traveling. With that said, he now is the pride of the dog parks with solid and smaller dog poop. You might not even need a poop bag but then again.....”

“We have one beautiful baby girl that Miss Jess has been grooming/working with for over 8 years, maybe closer to 9 years...(but who's counting) and another high-energy doodle that Jess has been grooming/working with for four years. She's always pleasant, always does an absolutely amazing job with them and gets them looking amazing on every visit. She and the Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming Raleigh team truly care about our pups and us honestly! Although not the closest location to our home, it's worth the drive to know our pups are being taken care of! Thank you, Jess and the entire team for all that you do. “My pup enjoyed his first away stay as I traveled. Was an adjustment for both of us but the staff here was professional, knowledgeable & caring. I do plan to keep them as my pups boarding option. The different level of rooms some with camera & tv were great the have. Will be trying out doggy daycare as my guy enjoyed play groups during his stay. Would definitely recommend to other pet parents for a worry free boarding option!”

“We were recommended by a local groomer to go visit this Woof Gang location for our grooming needs. We have a Shih Tzu named Enzo Francis that needed a hair cut. My wife set up and appointment. Easy transaction. I took Enzo to his first cut with them. We were told to see Kristen as she has experience with Shih Tzu's. I dropped Enzo off and I must say when I return to pick him up. He looked so cute and adorable. Kristen did an amazing job making sure Enzo had a perfect cut. I would highly recommend Woof Gang for your grooming needs.”

“Really clean, amazing selection and fully stocked. The employee was way too helpful and way too nice! She instantly plucked my last nerve and I ended up waiting in the car after my purchase for my Man to finish being his Southern Gentleman self. I am still not used to how much people like to chit chat here in the South.
We ended up going to the Hwy 51 Diner in the same complex and the waitress wouldn't shut up ... OMFG!”

“TLDR: Excellent customer service, ample products, pricier than online retailers. I stopped here after meeting a sales rep at the Raleigh Pet Expo. The best part of my visit were the incredible employees. Each employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and ready to help. Several asked if I needed assistance and checked to make sure I found what I was looking for. The store is packed with merchandise. It is fairly organized and the items are labelled well. It is surprisingly pricy. I would opt to purchasing toys and treats at online retailers. Then if in town around this location I would get live insects here. They also have a lot of food options and adorable live animals for purchase like bunnies and ferrets. Overall, they have a good selection of items and excellent customer service.”

“This was our first time boarding our puppy (anywhere!), and I was very anxious about leaving him for the first time. But PetsHotel took good care of him and gave us a full report on his stay, including his playtimes, how much he ate, and even how often he used the bathroom! Our puppy was (obviously) happy to see us and ready to go home when we picked him up, but we could tell he'd been well cared for and had enjoyed his stay because the employees knew him by name, and he made sure to say a quick "goodbye" to the people who had taken care of him - That really put my mind at ease! Would highly recommend this PetsHotel and would definitely let our pup stay with them again!”
