I love this small town pharmacy! I still get caught off guard because an actual human being answers the phone when I call. They are so accommodating and friendly...they even called me on my birthday just to wish me one!! Wish more businesses and just people in general operated in this way. The world would be a better place!! :)

I am so happy that I moved back to the area and can start coming here again for my fam's prescriptions. Person Street Pharmacy is the best. They are all super friendly, helpful, quick, and efficient. It is really refreshing to be back after dealing with horrible corporate/chain pharmacies.

I was sent here from my doctor for a prescription. I walked in confused as I immediately saw it was a restaurant. A few steps through the restaurant and there was the pharmacy. There were two pharmacists working. One was friendly, the other was not but she wasn't rude, simply focused. I appreciated getting a phone call from them earlier in the day. They confirmed my prescription, let me know it was not covered by insurance and that it would be out of pocket. I really appreciated this phone call discussing this Information before hand before traveling here and being taken aback. They filled it quickly and said it would be ready in an hour. She asked me to pay over the phone which I also appreciated so that pickup was quick and seamless (especially with a baby), I was even tempted to stay and have a nice meal after picking up my prescription. Everyone was enjoying themselves and it wasn't the worse way to spend a Saturday!

Good food, excellent service, and a pharmacy to boot. You get your exercise walking to the bathroom allll the waaaayyy in the baaaack. Seriously tho, really nice ppl work here and make you’re stuff right. Outdoor seating as well.

I have been a loyal customer for several years. The staff always provides excellent service, and the free delivery option is very beneficial as it fits well with my busy schedule. Furthermore, they call to wish you on your birthday. I highly recommend switching your prescriptions to them.

This place is THE BEST. Very easy to move my prescriptions here, and also go great advice about vitamins. They also delivered my prescriptions directly to my apt door! Also as a health care provider this place is very easy to get ahold of for patient prescriptions concerns.

Very good pharmacy, staff are friendly and the food is very good. I wish I lived in Raleigh so I could go here more instead of chain pharmacies.

Very disappointing experience with this pharmacy.I paid for a prescription over the phone using this pharmacy ordered by my doctor. I have insurance however this pharmacy did not give the option of insurance and required full payment for this prescription to be paid over the phone. Additionally, I was not given an opportunity to speak with a pharmacist regarding this prescription nor was I given any details regarding the manner of which this prescription should be taken or the shelf life of this prescription. I was given no consultation and received no option for consultation. I was given no information up front.Unfortunately after I paid for my prescription my child became very sick and as a working mom, I was unable to pick up my prescription immediately. Unbeknownst to me, since I was unable to pick up my prescription the pharmacist threw it out. I found out AFTER it was discarded that the prescription had a 14 day shelf life and would be discarded after 14 days. Something that was never communicated to me up front. I was also never given an option to have the prescription mailed to me - something which I would have utilized.In the end, to get the prescription in which I paid out of pocket for and that the pharmacist threw away, I was required to once again pay for it and out of pocket... even though I explained I had not been given a prior pharmacy consultation or the option of shipment.This seems like an extremely unethical business practice and it's very sad to see a small business operate this way.--

This is not your average pharmacy. The staff is super friendly and they place calls when your order is ready. The only negative is the parking and small streets.

The pharmacists here are very nice and efficient. My prescriptions are always filled fast and I get a msg telling me when they're ready. I haven't had to use the delivery service but it's comforting to know it's available.

Person Street Pharmacy is a true neighborhood pharmacy. Friendly, helpful and great service. I get all my Rx and vaccinations there. Lovely people.

No automated system unless they’re closed. Delivery within a specific radius. ALWAYS friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to get in and out! Forget the huge conglomerates

Person Street Pharmacy has been absolutely amazing to work with. They make it so easy to get refills, and even deliver to my home. After dealing with the nightmares that are the major chains, I was so happy to find a pharmacy with fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to get their prescriptions filled.

So disappointed in how this pharmacy treated my mother when she came in to fill her prescription. It was honestly a traumatic experience and I am saddened that happened. Very upsetting how rude and unwilling to help they were. The pharmacist claims she felt threatened and therefore called the police but that was not the case. My mother was calm and polite and asked if they could call her insurance to figure out why her copay was much higher than it should be. The pharmacist begrudgingly agreed but told her it could take an hour to resolve. My mother said okay and then decided to call them herself as she was in a rush to get back to watch my kids so I could leave for work. She quickly resolved the issue and insurance just needed to speak to the pharmacist to override the issue (she’s from out of state). When she came up to the counter and politely asked if Emily, the pharmacist, could please talk to them she has resolved the issue, Emily refused and told her to sit down, the other pharmacist was working on it. My mother asked again, could she please just talk to them, the issue is resolved. At this point the pharmacist, Emily, gets very frustrated with her and raised her voice and says SIT DOWN! My mother then gets upset that she’s being spoke to like that so she raises her voice back and refuses to sit down. This is when Emily threatens to kick her out but my mom continues to defend herself (without cursing or threatening her in any way). Emily knows she is in a position of power so decides to call the police on her. All this could of been avoided if she was kind and willing to help her by simply taking the phone to talk to her insurance. My mother is always polite and is one of the sweetest people you would meet, she didn’t deserve this kind of treatment.

PSP has phenomenal customer care and their staff does everything above and beyond to help with any need. I always enjoy my visits because I know they are happy to answer my questions and make me feel confident in how to manage my medications. You will not find a more dedicated team who truly cares.
