I found this amazing mechanic shop in Raleigh ran by Mr. Harold and his Son Rust, two very polite people, very professional and kind. Mr. Harold made sure everything was working well on my 2005 Ford Focus before he called me to pick it up, I appreciate his kindness and dedication and wanting to do a great job. I will use his shop again and will tell others to come here if you want good service with kindness. Thanks again, Mr. Harold, my car is running great.

My daughter was in a bind. She was traveling through Raleigh for an interview and she had an exhaust system problem literally right before they were to close. They stayed late and got her on the road again. We were so thankful. Two other local shops in Raleigh turned us away. These guys are highly recommended!

Excellent experience. Exhaust pipe on my car separated at a weld joint before the muffler. Car was very loud, especially on highway. Wanted to repair quickly. Called Harold and Russ, they got me in that day, did not try to upsell me to a higher cost repair. Just welded a sleeve over the existing pipes to join them together and 20 minutes later, I was on the road, quiet as ever at a fair price. Solid, independent, family owned shop. I highly recommend.

So happy to have found a "real" mechanic I can trust who knows it all from years of tried and true experience, not like the "newbies" at the big corporations. It is wonderful to relax and feel confident about the honesty and integrity you will find in Harold Parrish.

Does a great job of repairing cars and keeping you informed. He's worked on our OLD Nissan Maxima, newer Honda Odyssey, and even newer Honda Accord. Better at finding issues and resolving them than our local dealership, and reasonably quick.
