The single wrapping paper is too pricey in my opinion. $8 for 1 sheet & that’s not even the selection from the most expensive section.On top of that I found one that I absolutely loved but it was creased in multiple places & was the last one. I asked if I could have it discounted because of its condition. The associates face was already telling but she asked the manager anyways.The manager never even came to the front to tell me herself that the answer was a flat out no. So my 1 star review is really because the manager is a b…. Anywho I will be contacting corporate because I feel that was handled incorrectly, even if they couldn’t do it she could’ve came out & explained instead of hiding away in her office. That doesn’t show strong leadership when forcing your employees to pass messages.For all my followers I do not recommend this location. I would suggest “If it’s paper” in Raleigh. They are pricey but have good service.

Cute little shop with unique (and expensive) greeting card, gift bag, wrapping paper, and other paper goods and nick nacks.I went to get a gift wrapped after finding them on Google. You do have to buy your wrapping paper and ribbon from them in order to get a gift wrapped. You can't just pay for the wrapping service as I understand it.There is fancy paper, which is sold by the sheet, and regular rolls of wrapping paper to choose from.$8 for wrapping + 1 sheet of wrapping paper + 1 roll of ribbon was about $22. I subsequently bought two small greeting cards for $16.The wrapping on the gift was perfect. The ribbon; however, fell off as soon as I got in the car. Good thing I had to purchase a whole roll... I just redid the ribbon myself. Then I bought a bow (at another store) to enhance the wrapping because the ribbon I chose wasn't making the package "pop." Easy peasy lemon squeezy.The staff was friendly. The store is easy to navigate.I'd return.

If you love stationery like I do, this place is worth a little trip! The decorative papers are absolutely gorgeous, envelopes of every size and color, card stock packs, and fountain pens galore! This store is a dream!

I love paper goods so I decided to check this place out online. I bought a planner online but kept getting the ones in a poor condition. So I had to keep going to return it. When I went to return my planner in store today, I was treated very rudely by an employee that was working there. The stationeries are expensive and I would like to get my money worth if I’m going to spend my money there.

Mon-Sat 10-7, Sun 11-6. I love this store and am lucky to work here. I keep suggesting the schedule change and it keeps being changed back to 9. I love you Google but please trust me, we close at 7 and are tired of people complaining about something we don't have control over. I've submitted changes 3 times now. Anyway, great for gifts, crafts, cards, laughs, stationary, and, of course, paper. Inspiration can be found here.

Came to paper source at 6:15 on today (Saturday) and they were closed. The sign states they close at 7pm. Why are you closing early? 2 workers were inside. This is not a very good look for the company. Very disappointed.
