Really appreciated their help with my car battery. Had gone to a competitor first, who told me they couldn't change out my battery. The employee at O'Reilly was very helpful explaining why the competitor thought he couldn't and why they actually could. Will definitely make this my new auto parts store!

Andrew and CJ were awesome. They assisted me with purchasing and installing the best air filter, cabin filter, and windshield wipers for my vehicle. They do not mind getting dirty for the customers. Went to get my battery changed. Positive terminal was stripped from prior installation (not O'Reilly's). Nicholas was very helpful with me getting the terminal off and battery in. Will be a frequent shopper from now on!
