Quite possibly the worst experience ever at an auto part store. While we were getting our battery tested the employee had in AirPods and was in a completely different conversation rather than talking/helping us. At least hang up the phone call for a little bit. Also nobody at the store knew how install a new battery. How you gonna work at an auto parts store and not know how to install a battery. Don’t go here if you actually have something wrong with your car.

Great experience! Purchased new wiper blades. Staff will put them on for you. The employee (didn't catch his name) who was working was super helpful. Didn't make me feel like a woman out of her element. Nor did he try to upsell me, even pointed out the lower priced option. He took the time to show me how to put them on so that the next time they need replacing, I can confidently do it myself.

I went in last night at 7:30 PM, 1.5 hours before they close. My wife’s car battery needed to be replaced, and they advertised they will install it for free upon purchasing one. The associate looked me in my face and said he didn’t want to do it because they “were about to close”. The air intake tube was fastened over the battery, but only required ONE screw to be removed in order to move it out of the way. I’ve never experienced such laziness and horrible customer service in my life. I had to jump my wife’s car, return the battery, and drive to their competitor, AutoZone, where they happily took care of it in less than 10 minutes. What could have taken 10 minutes ended up taking most 2 hours. I will never give this place my business ever again, and neither should you. Go to AutoZone. I would rate this less than a star if I could.

the employees don't honor the signs on windows so if its raining you cant get a free wiper installed nor a check engine help lady told me that i knew i needed wipers before it started raining and also stated she dont get paid enough to install in the rain smh need to hire people that will do there job regardless of rain or what they get paid

Went in 1.5 hours before they closed to replace the battery in my wife's car. The air-intake tube was fastened over the battery, which only required one screw to be removed in order to replace the battery. The worker looked me in the face and said, "We are about to close, so I don't want to do it." I was completely blown away by the sheer laziness, and by how someone wouldn't do what their literal job is. See, they advertise that with a battery purchase you get a free installation. Apparently not. I returned the battery I bought, jumped my wife's car, and drove straight to AutoZone where I bought from them. Unlike at O'Reilly's, they were happy to assist a paying customer and installed it in less than 10 minutes! I even slipped the guy an extra $20 for just helping us out. I will never go to O'Reilly's ever again and will always go to their competitor.

This place really sucks I desperately needed some power steering fluid so I came here at 8:52pm store is open until 9pm. They refused to help saying store is closed and kicked me out. Rudest employees I ever dealt with is this what customer service has come to in America

Went in for a quick item and when I was checking out I was asked not to use my discount because the manager was busy. The tone of the associate was very rude and condescending when I politely said declined the request. “I don’t know when he will be free.” I am sorry, O’Reilly must pay really well because I don’t have money to give away. Car maintenance is already expensive and Ineed to save everywhere I can. If you cannot honor the discounts you offer, don’t offer the discount. Auto-zone didn’t need a manager for a discount.

Came in during the afternoon. Both employee were on their phones. I ask them a question and was responded with a I don’t know with really bad attitude. Seems like they were upset that I interrupted whatever they were doing on their phones. This is my 2nd time coming and the employees are always rude!!

I stopped to get wiper blades for my mercedes. The guy helping me said they could be tricky to install. So he looked up a YouTube video to show me how to do it. It was raining outside so he followed me outside to help me install them. You can get auto parts at a lot of places, but not service like I got today at this store. If you need parts but need some help then try this store out.

The store is okay and has a decent parts array, the customer service is good, I was ready to check out and Forest helped me out, there were two or three people but they didn’t notice me over their phone but he was there even asking how he could help when I already knew what I needed good dude, get more employees like him

Hello, good afternoon, I was coming here to notify you that I came to buy an answer in the store. I couldn't explain it well to the person who was serving me. There was a young lady and she saw that I had a communication problem and I realized that she spoke Spanish and I went to the store is looking for help and outside the store indicates that it speaks Spanish I hope that in the future they can employ other people with better service.
