I never really like going to O’Reilly’s Auto Parts store, but yesterday I needed some car cleaning supplies and I had stopped next door to purchase something from Northern Tools. O’Reilly had no customers at the time so I thought at least I could go in get what I needed without having to wait in a line. I was trying to find a particular product I usually use but they didn’t have it, so I was looking for something else that I thought would work just as well to clean my car. After deciding on a few items, when I turned around to go to be checked out I noticed the clerk had moved from the register and was just standing there as if he was on his cell phone. But I got this feeling that he was standing there watching me as if he thought I was going to steal something. After I left the store, the more I thought about, why would I spend my money at a business that makes me feel like I’m a thief? I will hope that I won’t have to stop at O’Reilly’s any time soon. I would prefer to stand in line at Advance, Autozone, and Walmart for my car cleaning supplies, than to have someone clearly standing around watching me while shopping.

Customer service Sucks would not shop there if it was the last auto parts store in the city first time going and last back to auto zone they have great customer service

I stopped here to get my vehicle battery checked in order to see if it needed to be replaced. Three of the employees at this business went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. Especially the district manager, Jeff. I definitely recommend this business if you want good customer service for your auto parts needs.

The manager that was there was really nice & helped me out with making sure my new oil cap was the correct one unlike all the other places that just kept on wanting to sell me ones that didn’t work for my old truck.

Had the best experience with the location on New Bern Ave in Raleigh NC. Our alternator went out while on a road trip, 500 miles from home. They not only helped us find the parts we needed, but called around and found an emergency mechanic to rescue us. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us!

My daughter needed a replacement side mirror for her car and Adrian was very efficient and patient,also informative about what mirror to order. He knew his job very well and was also courteous to us as his customers.

This is about their hiring process. Was told I had the job by the manager, as soon I references verified, got them all done by end of day, called to following thursday to let the manager know and he was busy. Left a message with an associate and i guess my message wasnt given. Didnt get in touch with Mr. Musa until monday, about the references and was expecting to start that week only to told, I'll let you know the following Wednesday, which didnt happen, after these othe interviews. So I have the job but you still interviewing for the job. And to add to that I was sought by a corporate representative that asked me to fill out an application and let him know when done so we can get the process started as soon as possible. He disappeared and never heard from him again. Lol it's been 3weeks. The corporate individual is Mr. Jeffrey Williams.All that to say this, if corporate and store management act this way in the hiring process, imagine how they treat their customers in store and on shop deliveries.
