They are slowly getting me to shop here more for items I need now vs. Advance . The prices are usually better and they offer a military discount. My only complaint is that they are kind of out of the way for me.

Worse customer service ever,I’m talking about the manager. We ask him for automatic paint and don’t want to do it,3er time different day that he say the same thing like that was for free or something smfh. Maybe he is racism. If you don’t know how to treat people idk why you work for customer service.

I’ve had terrible luck here. I ordered a hinge kit for my door, waited a couple days and it arrived missing pieces. I ordered a replacement, came in a couple days later and they couldn’t find it. Now I called in to verify that they had a certain size of hose and they said they did. Arrived and they don’t, not even close. Manager came to look into and found nothing. I told him I’d try to find it elsewhere and he said ok. No goodbye and most importantly not even an apology for having me drive in AGAIN for no reason

I love this place but the amount that you pay for parts is really high for you to get defective part and have to keep on taking it back the warranty is okay but the warranty don't cover everything when it says limited warranty the amount of time that it takes to go back and forth with putting a piece on taking a piece off and you have to pay a mechanic is unacceptable the staff is amazing but it's just the merchandise

My brake light was out so I needed a new one and help changing it. Christian greeted me right when I walked in and was extremely helpful. He found my bulb and then came out and changed it. My light cover was difficult to get out but Christian and his co worker Teo worked hard to figure it out for me. This place is a little out of my way but I will make the trip in the future because I was treated so kindly. Cannot recommend enough.

SHOUTOUT the assistant manager Michael!!! He went above and beyond to help us out with our car. We drove from out of town and were stressed about the situation, and if it wasn't for him our trip would be ruined! Seriously @ corporate give this man a raise VERY deserved!!!

Great customer service from what appeared to be the manager because the rest of the counter help could not even find tire valve stems in the computer. I am a loyal customer of O'Reillys and have been doing business with them for years but the employees they have now days is just simply put "inexperienced ". I will be back but please do some job training for the young guys and girls you have so that they can continue to serve the auto parts industry.
