Love shopping here! Great selection of items for hostess or girlfriend birthday gifts. Beautiful bed linens and blankets. Diffuser and candle assortment along with soaps and fragrances is outstanding. The Raleigh location is convenient for me. The Southern Pines store is a real treat and well worth a visit.

Opulence has the best luxury inventory. The store displays are perfect and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Heather provides ideas and insights that are most appreciated. I would give Opulence 6 stars if I could.

Poor communication, poor customer care.Ordered a gift for Christmas - was never notified it wasn’t going to be in. Had to follow up numerous times, never proactively provided status. Checked in Sat, found product may be available at end of Apr, asked for overnight shipping to assure I have in time for Mothers Day. Was offered $15, the rest would be on me.
