Hands down this is the best pharmacy you will find, anywhere, period. I’m not typically so gushing in reviews but credit where credit is due.We all know the frustration of the big brand pharmacies; you will find none of that here. Vicki and her team will treat you like family. She is extremely knowledgeable and will always steer you in the right direction. Moreover, she genuinely cares – what a difference it makes.I only wish that other shops had the same philosophy and customer centric approach that OneRx has. This place is a gem!

If you are going *anywhere* else for your pharmacy needs, you need to reevaluate your life decisions =) Vicki and her team are the friendliest, most knowledgeable and most importantly, HELPFUL, pharmacists I have ever had the pleasure of being a client for. What a GEM. Vicki is one of a kind. She has gone above and beyond for my family. When I needed meds quick and they weren’t in stock she got them in the following day and let me know as soon as they were ready. She is quick and truly cares. You aren’t just another number to her. She treats you like family.

Vicki is definitely one of one and the best pharmacist I have interacted with. She is thorough, professional and always goes above and beyond for any concern that I bring her way. You can come to her with any question and she has such an extensive wealth of knowledge, that leaves one feeling calm and in good hands. Vicki follows through and follows up! I discovered Vicki about 13 years ago when she worked for a large pharmacy chain. She is truly a pharmacist extraordinaire with a combination of expertise, compassion, and kindness that I have found unique. So, of course, I followed her to OneRx where my experience only got better! Vicki has the exceptional ability to make you feel like family. She is a wealth of information, is vested in you, and cares about the whole person. I trust her completely and highly recommend OneRx!

Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used! The personalized service and literal wealth of information that Vicki, the pharmacist, provides is incomparable. She even texts me when I’m about due for a refill. I was worried about finding parking but it has never been a problem. She has dedicated parking spots in front of the store.

Victoria is the best pharmacist I've ever worked with. Hands-down. She is caring, kind and truly cares about her patients. She has gone above and beyond several times for my family now and I won't forget it. I prefer to support independent pharmacies rather than the big chains. You'll see why when you switch to OneRx. OneRx is absolutely the BEST Pharmacy experience I have ever had in my long life! Vickie makes me feel like I’m the most important customer she has, and I’ve referred several people to her and they all feel the same way. It’s almost like stepping back in time to the good old days of personal service and your neighborhood Pharmacy, where we’re people and not just a prescription number. I drive past 4 chain pharmacies to get to OneRx, and as long as I’m anywhere near Raleigh I’ll keep going there. Vickie is simply THE BEST!!

We followed Vicky from her previous pharmacy. She served us well there, but does an even better job now. She always has time to answer questions about your drugs and works hard to make you feel as though you were her only customer.The non-prescription area of the store is small, but still manages to have a selection of most health related items you would hope to find in a well equipped pharmacy.We are happy to have OneRx as our neighborhood pharmacy.

She takes the time to address all questions and concerns that I may have and extends this to my entire family for all of our various prescription needs. My wife and I are long time customers of One Rx and we could not imagine using anyone else for our needs.The staff is so knowledgeable and discusses your prescriptions with and if you have a new prescription they go over any side affects that we may experience.Friendly, knowledgeable and caring! Tell me what else you could want in a pharmacy.Additionally they handle all of our refill needs, including talking to the Dr. office. Such a relief to get that off our plate.
