They are very accurate in the diagnoses at a good price. They went to my house and in less than an hour they had already repaired my Ford 150. They are excellent, I recommend them 100%.

Heads above all the rest. I can not holler loud enough. Female - little nervous - no need. 1st, the nicest people, the cleanest auto shop I have ever been to, and extremely professional. They were very very detailed in their explanation of what the mechanical problem and issues were. Above all, I was blown away at the total. By far not what I expected. The price was 1/2 LESS than what I was prepared for. I highly recommend ON-SITE AUTOMOTIVE. Don't go anywhere else.

Was referred here from Henrys Exhaust down the street. The owner and receptionists are beyond friendly and kind! Great availability for service repairs and the shop is clean. Took my car in for one issue, and they did a general (but thorough) look at other concerns with my car and provided recommendations on things that should be addressed.

I’ve trusted Adam & Eleana for years with my vehicles. This week on the first 80 plus degree day my Acura MDX AC was blowing hot air. I called Eleana and she got me in this morning at 8:00 am. Within 30 minutes the problem was diagnosed, the bad compressor relay was ordered and I was out the door in under 2 hours. They also replaced my cabin air filter. This place is awesome. Alayna has been nothing but vibrant and helpful. I called to get a quote on my brakes and rotors. Although they were busy she told me to come in and they'll take care of me. As stated I was assisted immediately. Everyone there was nice and professional. I highly recommend this place.

I’m visiting town on a business trip when my truck breaks down at the hotel. Alayna took care of everything from getting my vehicle towed to the shop, getting me a quick, detailed, accurate breakdown of all the parts and labor needed. Justin the technician took good care of everything I needed to get back on the road. On -site automotive did an amazing job and was very caring and considerate of my circumstances to get me back home quickly and safely. Customers Beware of Price Quote Changes! I've been a customer of On-Site Automotive since Adam Edwards started as a mobile car repair business (10+ years). Adam has always been professional, courteous and extremely proud of the quality of his work and work ethics. Hence it pains me to write this review but Adam did not honor his word on repair costs. Also I had to keep calling to verify the status of my vehicle because there was no communication from Alayna, his new intake admin.In summary, I came to pick up my vehicle and Alayna tells me a higher price than the price Adam quoted. Next, she leaves the office to telephone Adam outside so I could not hear the conversations. She returns stating, " you can pay the higher price or we can remove the part and replace it with the old part". I was completely SHOCKED by On-Site's new unprofessional business culture and agreed to have my old part returned since they didn't know if that was going to fix the issue since they never identified the source of the problem. It's just sad, because On-Site treated me like family when Adam and his wife ran the business, they stood behind their word....no longer the case at On-Site Automotive!Service: Electrical
