“Best place to buy an office chair in the Triangle that I could find!! Lane Joyner was extremely great at walking me through chairs and telling me about them. I settled on a Steelcase Amia and waited a couple weeks for his shipment to arrive so that I could buy two. He communicated clearly and let me know when the chairs were ready.I got each chair for $285 so with tax my total was $611. This is a $750 chair new and yet mine, while a bit dusty from being moved around in a warehouse, looked to be in almost perfect condition. All features worked. This was a "steel" (get it?) for these chairs.I spent a LONG time shopping for office chairs, obsessively went down every facebook marketplace rabbit hole, even considered driving to Virginia to buy a used Herman Mill Aeron. I also shopped around locally at Storr furntiure, but their pre-owned Amia was in much worse shape and priced at $399. I sat in new steelcase and herman miller chairs at dealers, but I didn't want to pay a thousand dollars for a chair. Do NOT buy an office chair from staples or office depot. I sat in every single one and they are all terrible.Instead, a used chair from a "real" chair company is the way to go. The folks at Creative Business Interiors can show you many chairs in the $250-$300 price range that are almost good as new. These industrial office chairs are meant to last 12 years of constant use, so chances are your used chair is going to last plenty of time!! You can of course inspect it first.Anyway - highly recommend this company and will be sending all my friends who need a chair to Lane!”
“I recently purchased a Steelcase chair that was available on their used website. Had a timing issue with the order that was placed that resulted in its cancellation. I was pretty disappointed at first, but shortly afterward, I was escalated to their director of sales who reached out to understand the problem, apologized for the issue and then went out of his way to make things right. Given their volume business, I was really impressed that they took time to ensure my small order was handled correctly. Very impressed!”

Never will buy anything from these place.”
