Good gym but scammy. Charged fiancé $500 worth of personal training despite it being on hold. Manager will not contact us back.Edit: GM only called about it when seeing this review and not the numerous prior attempts although he lied and said he couldn’t reach her before. Fiancé was told originally it was an indefinite hold and GM says 3 month max. He said the $500 will not be refunded. Former trainer said multiple clients had this happen. GM pretended he wanted to do something while saying there’s nothing he could do clearly trying to get this review taken down even if he wouldn’t admit it. To reiterated: great facilities but untrustworthy staff

This place is clean and well run. It’s nice to be greeted by staff who appear to be friendly and genuine. The sauna and steam room are bonuses that add value to your workout. Keep up the great work!

Another joke of a gym in the O2 lineup. I am typing this review in the parking lot nearly 20 minutes after the facility was supposed to be open, but of course, is not. There were nearly 30 people waiting to get in at 7AM today, about half of which have left. What a pathetic joke. Dozens of people pay good money for a membership, show up to utilize it, and can’t because the facility only employees low quality staff that can't show up to work on time. I’m sure this review will be met with some unacceptable excuse from management rather than taking ownership, per usual. Several people tried to call in to report this but were met with an automated voicemail for the sales office. Can’t wait for my pre-paid membership with O2 to run out. After 5+ years, the quality of their gym and staff has just deteriorated too much … at least planet fitness opens on time!! As members we pay to use the gym during a certain time frame. If you aren't going to hold employees accountable to be open at those times ... don't even post hours of operation! Or maybe the gym should be 24 hour access via key card. Anything beats this.

Gym itself is amazing. They love to screw you over with your membership though. I called them to cancel it they said they did but then I got charged again. I called them again they said to email them and fill out a form I did and got charged again + the yearly fee. I ended up calling my bank and got a refund as I had emails from me to them trying to cancel. One of my friends was moving and himself had a membership and needed to cancel. I told him what happens to me and to save him trouble he ended up just changing his card completely. 02 kept charging him even after his card was changed. They ended up hiring a collections agency and a lawyer to get the money. It was something around $200. I’d recommend just finding a different gym or don’t sign up for auto payment.

Not a fan for several reasons, I am rating it poorly. The bathrooms have been dirty each time. It's always packed and I can't find space for myself. Classes seem too packed as well and feel tight. Processing fees that are outrageously high and staff couldn't explain why. When we first signed up it doesn't give access to all other O2 facilities in the area.

I do various group classes at O2 Brier Creek, Silver and Fit, Bodybalance, bodypump, Shred. All instructors are excellent! Midori, Jody, Kara, you couldn’t ask for a more seasoned, motivating, experienced group of instructors! The front desk staff is helpful and interested in customers (Holly). The gym is well stocked. The location is a great spot in Raleigh.

My favorite location and 02 layout!It’s clean and the staff are friendly! They reorganized the lay out to provide more space and the turf area is amazing!

Love this place! Clean, friendly, and the equipment is serviced as needed. I’ve been coming here for two years and have never considered changing gyms.

This gym has everything I need to be great. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. Not to mention Charita, the general manager is awesome!! She’s always embracing and encouraging us to work out and take some classes. She’s always available to answer any of my question or concerns I have! Her knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping. From what I can see she goes above and beyond keeping the gym clean and just to overall maintain the good vibes and culture!!

It's OK. Has what you mostly need but no frills. Small sauna. Not as many machines and weights as needed. Lots of benches though so that's better than most other gyms around. Good clientele. Absolutely horrendous water situation. This needs to be fixed asafp! That's simply inexcusable.
