Word to the wise: they actually close at 6:45! When we got there, the doors were locked, and the ladies the front wouldn't let me in or come to talk to me when I was at the door. Not such a big deal, but we drove to get there knowing we'd only have a few minutes to look around, and we're feeling kinda sad when they wouldn't even come say "Hey we're closed" or explain that they close early.

I always walk out with something. Store lighting is terrible. Seems dark. Staff very nice.

Doubled the price of my item saying it was a women's shoe although it was a kids shoe, found in kids area with kids sizes on it. Waited about 20 mins in a very long line just to get this incorrect disappointment and poor attitude. I know this is a volunteer work place but they need more help! What happened to customer service, customer is always right? Especially when you're in the wrong.

I enjoy shopping at this location a lot! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the customer service is fantastic! Joy the manager is always so pleasant and helpful when I see her, she goes out of her way every time I am in to say hello and chat with me and always quick to help me if I need anything or have a question. Love her!

My dog Duke and I have been coming here since they opened and everyone that volunteers and works for this great organization needs to be commended for the good work that they are doing.A special shout out to Joy who is always professional and a pleasure to interact with, and of course Caroline who is always friendly and extremely diligent at the checkout.If you have not been here, make plans to visit soon! I’d give them 10 stars if that was an option.

Unhelpful, rude. I've tried 2x to purchase a large piece of furniture. You're store has been rude and Unhelpful. You've had the furniture for almost 3 months. The volunteers should maybe do roadside pick because customers service is not their strong suit. Perhaps something with less people engagement would be better suited. Happy Holidays!

I love this store for clothing, toys, and water bottles (which we are always losing), office supplies, and hangers. They also have a decent selection of jewelry, pots and pans, and lamps/home accessories, but those items are always overpriced (sometimes outrageously so!), so I’ve never bought them. I think they’d make more money if those items were priced a little more appropriately.

Found everything i needed, and then some ! With the help of Joy and Carolina they helped pick out some crossword puzzles from their stack of newspapers. Very lovely :)

Ridiculous price for standard brand names. Don’t waste your time. The place is messy and tight to get around.
