Don’t waste your time. I got a flat right near this place early morning. I came in to ask if the tire can be patched. I was in no rush, I was told no without anyone even looking at my tire. That’s because there is only one single guy running this whole shop! What the heck. They need more employees, I have never been turned away at a tire shop for a tire patch. I could have waited.

I was not able to take my car in but my wife did. I had a nail in my tire and needed to get it removed. I usually go here to fill up my tires and they are always so nice. Today was no different. My wife said that they were super nice and helpful. $19 dollars to fill a tire hole. You can't beat that. She came in and was out in less than 30 minutes!

Usually no problem here, but today I called and asked about getting my car inspected. Was told to come on in. When I got there, I found out I was considered a drop in and would be worked in between appointments. Clerk couldn’t tell me how long I’d have to wait. I asked if she could find out. Heard her ask the guy saying there was a woman who insisted on knowing how long the wait would be. Wait was long. Pretty sure she snickered when I was leaving. Felt disrespected by the clerk and irritated by the guy on the phone who didn’t explain I would be a drop in and would have a long wait. I expected better service.

If you have any mechanic work needing done, I highly recommend this place. The mechanics know what they are doing, and are honest about what is needed. The shop is locally owned and run, so none of the corporate nonsense.

They've done oil change ,belt,alternator replacement.-Alternator was charged (OE) at least 50% more as a part cost .- Zero comments on other leaks or in general evaluation ( items that are obvious) Lights on the dash,major oil leaks. To us It's a company that doesn't care. Not good.- Any other shops that sees something out of ordinary would give a heads up ..We are taking our cars elsewhere.I would not recommend them for any services other than oil change or perhaps tire plugs,replacement. )

Came by to plug my tire after getting a nail in it, was gonna be $18, which is high on its own but didn’t want to bother with it. Called me a hour later to tell me they couldn’t do it, also fine asked to do me a favor and throw the spare on so I could get it home, and then charged me $30 to put the spare tire on. Had I know or was told I was going to be charged that much to do a 5 minute task I would’ve done it myself. When I asked why it was more to put the spare on then actually plug the tire they just told me to call Monday and speak with the boss.

Had a great experience with them today -- my tire pressure warning light came on and they happened to be right nearby. They immediately answered my phone call and were very responsive when I pulled in! Dallas was so upbeat and helpful in finding a tiny nail that had pierced my tire and he went right about fixing it, explaining to me what he was doing. What could have turned into a bad day with a flat turned out to be a really uplifting interaction! Great spirit ???

My daughter realized her tires looked low and ran by the North Hills Tire Pros for help. Dallas, the technician, patched the tires (which had nails in them), added coolant, checked her oil, and added wiper fluid. He made her car roadworthy for her trip to visit us. We appreciate it!

I’ve brought my car here a bunch of times in the past and everyone has been very helpful but last week I purchased a new tire and had it installed and an alignment performed. Honestly I doubt he even performed the $92 alignment because all the tires are in the same spot, he put the new tire on at 40 psi when all my other tires are at 33 & 34, and left the cap off of the air valve. Didn’t call when they finish, even though I specifically asked. That could have also been the register clerk’s fault as she was the least friendly so I doubt she even communicated that to him. Too expensive for that rate of service.

Don't waste your time and money and don't set your foot in this horrible service shop. ****, the service manager, is totally rude, uncaring, unprofessional and arrogant. After talking with ******* at **************** last week and after describing him my car symptoms and problems, he asked me to make an appointment and told me that he would put the car on the lift and test drive it at no charge to see how bad the problems are and advise accordingly. So I showed up today per my appointment and the service manager **** refused to do anything that ******* stated without first paying him $98 plus tax. I told him what ******* said and he said he does not care what ******* said. I told him he wasted my time and effort of driving there and back for half an hour each one way. **** refused to acknowledge that it is his responsibility to train his staff, including *******, as to how and what to communicated to the customer so that customers do not waste their time based on false statements made by his employees. I pointed out to **** that he and ******* are being paid for their time and I did not get paid for the my wasted hour. **** was totally rude, unprofessional and arrogant, and he continuously kept talking/shouting over me, and told me never to come back again. I requested him to pass the message to the owner **** to call me so that I can talk with ******************** would understand customer's point of view. I will update this post if and after **** returns my call. I wanted to post this review with ZERO starts, but it won't let me do that; I had to choose 1 star to post this review.
