Called and asked about a tow for a sedan. The driver misunderstood me and was argumentative, rude and condescending, telling me that a Corolla is a car and not a truck. I had already told him it was a Corolla sedan, and his tone was abrasive and not even a little helpful. Do not recommend, especially if you are a woman, seemed to think I don’t even know what kind of car I own, even after I told him what it was and what I needed.

Had NO key FOB for my Ram at RDU, they were able to get my full sized truck out of the parking garage and to the dealer with ease. Would highly recommend their service. Timely, friendly and kept me up to date during the process.

So helpful! Very quick to respond and kept me updated on arrival time. Nick had a difficult situation to work with as my car was headed downhill hill on a residential sidewalk of steps. The back tires were not touching the ground because my car was jacked up on the curb. He used his Jack and magic blocks to raise my car enough to tilt back so tires were on road for traction then gently pulled my car back on the street. He is polite and professional and it was late at night!!! Thank you for getting my big rig back on the road!!!

My back tire blew out, and Andrew with Nick’s Towing was there in no time flat! Best experience I’ve had with a towing service ever! He was super kind and very up front with answering any questions I had, and even gave me some pointers for tire shops to go to. Very helpful!

My knight in a shiny tow truck. I was driving down Capital Blvd when my axel broke. He showed up, asked if the men around me where with me, they were not. Although they helped me move the vehicle from the middle of the road to grass, he couldtell I waa uncomfortable. He stayed with me until my ride showed up. I dont think many people are like that anymore, everyone is just trying to do what needs to be done and go. He made sure I was safe, and that is exactly what I I needed. Thank you for going above and beyond and ensuring safety and sanity.
I kwoild give you all the stars in the sky for a perfect rating, but unfortunately this only allows 5 at the max. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
