When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by the staff. This seemingly unimportant action truthfully means a lot to me. After browsing the store for a few minutes, Joe kindly and effectively helped me try on some shoes. Unfortunately, they did not have my size in the store in the shoe I wanted. While this is usually an annoyance, I was told that the shoe I desired was not even made in my size. A quick online search confirmed this. That is a testament to the knowledge and expertise of the staff. Even though I did not purchase anything, the staff was truly wonderful. Knowledge and unwavering customer service is something I cherish, and it truly has an impact on consumers. I had such a great shopping experience. Thank y'all so much!

Poor conversion to a "Corporate" store. I bought a pair of 940's $199 and was unable to return them after some of the tread wore off. Sneakers were longer wearable. Never had a problem beforehand. Store was unable to return but was allowed 10% discount for new pair. The same with soles which were sold to be and were supposed to have been 1 year warranty. I will be looking elsewhere. Before a couple of days ago I would have given a 5 star review.

I had only planned on coming to the new balance store to browse at sneakers for myself. I insisted that my father join me just since I’m visiting from out of town and wanted to spend time with him - and I’m so glad I did. Upon walking in, the store looked cleaned and filled with quite a few options. Stefan immediately greeted us and offered his services. I also let him know we were just looking, but one informational conversation led to another and after hearing about my concerns for my dad’s back surgeries and knee pains, he was able to point us in the right direction. Not only that, but Stefan went above and beyond to get my dad his proper shoe size and width. For the first time I saw my dad walk comfortably in a brand new pair of shoes and it made my day. We honestly couldn’t have had such a great store experience without Stefan, and my dad will certainly be back because of him. Thank you so much again!

My husband and I have visited this location twice now. Once for an online return and the next for a shoe purchase. Stefan helped us both times and is nothing short of amazing! So helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. He helped us choose just the right shoe for our 85 year old grandpa. Stefan is a pleasure to work with!

I visited the store this morning and I was helped by Joshua. He really took his time showing me several models and he was very knowledgeable on all of them. He also took the time to check their inventory at the Durham store.If you looking for great customer service and great shoes, this is the place.
