If you are looking at this review, yes. They are a scam. For a better picture of what you're in for, look up the BBB of **** Fitness Solutions, LLC\

The customer service was an A+. The owner Dewayne Thomas worked with my schedule. Very patient with his service delivery.

Do not sign a contract with these individuals. Do not join this gym! They can give a verbal over the phone to allow you to cancel but refuse to do so and instead. INSIST on a certified letter. Absolutely ridiculous!

I have had a great experience at NC Fitness Club. I have been pushed way beyond what I ever thought I could do. I do agree with the other reviews the contract is a little confusing but if you read the entire contract you will see that you are set up for a 3 month contract and an automatic renewal after that but if you do not want to renew you can always send in a certified letter before 30 days of the end of the contract to ABC Financials to cancel your membership at the end of that 3 months. I have also just recently started working there where I am implementing a new cancellation policy to make it easier for people to cancel their contacts. So, hopefully this helps with any confusion.

I signed up for a 3 month trial. I paid $290 to commit to 3 months. They continued to charge me for 4 more months even though it was a 3 month trial AND I stopped going after 1 month. I was ready to pay the 3 months, but now I’ve spoken to the bank and discussed the unauthorized charges amounting to $1,160.

The gym is maybe okay but they are thieves. They will keep charging you money even after you leave. Do not go there. This is a nightmare

Be aware of your bank info. They keep charging without your approval even you don’t go there anymore(I consider that as a stealing and fraud)

Independent local gym with inspiring staff and well organized programs. With meal plans and detailed training with metrics this is a gym for people seeking measurable change. NC Fitness club is the more focused and structured path to wellness and a healthy lifestyle. Welcoming to all and not overwhelming or intimidating like the bigger box gyms. No cameras and no drama. Boutique fitness at its best. Local and quality. Give NC Fitness a try.

Buyer beware????If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not be fooled by the 5 stars. If you look at them you will see that is from day 1. Look at the one stars they are telling the truth.Communication is very poor. My trainer took one week to respond when I emailed her about coming in for my training and at times did not respond.Dewayne does the initial and then you don’t hear from him again. The meal plan was a joke, I was unable to get in after two weeks. Never received helped when I asked repeatedly. The website went down and was not working.Dewyane only answered me after I threatened to sue. Now to be toldYou have to send a certified letter to cancel. This is a bait and switch company. If you’re serious about losing weight join a reputable gym with reputable vetted trainers. This is what I get for wanting to support a black owned business.

Still working with Kareem. I'm looking forward to continuing. He is most definitely adding things progressively so that I can get the results that I want.

It should be zero. However, 1 is the lowest rating allowed. This black owned business does not allow you to break a contract even with ample notice or certified mail as suggested. Whatever you do, do not sign a contract. You will regret it.

BE WARNEDI signed a contract under the impression that this was a pay as you come ordeal. I specified that I only wanted to do a weekly account because of cost and I wanted to try them out before committing to more time, which he seemed to understand and confirm. At no point did he mention a 3 month contract of $150 a month, or else I would not have signed. The contract itself is not clear in this regard. I've called and he says there's nothing he can do about it.You are grimy and this is terrible business practice. Instead of recommending people to your business, I will absolutely be warning them.
