Bob Grey and Navis Pack and Ship in Raleigh were nothing but disappointing. Good at getting hired, they did not communicate about when my item would be shipped or delivered, they did not provide the services I had paid for, and they were uncommunicative throughout. They even failed to alert me to the delivery date. All in all, very poor service. I would never hire or recommend them again.

Navis removed furniture and personal effects from a storage unit in Raleigh and packed everything (big and small items) for shipment to Ohio. They all arrived in excellent condition and were carefully placed in our home near Dayton. It was a very pleasant experience and at a reasonable cost. My wife and I recommend Navis Packing and Shipping when attention to detail is important.

I used Navis to move three pallets of personal belongings from Raleigh NC to Ireland. I was familiar with them because the company I worked for had used them and they were fantastic. Being expensive is fine if the company turns out to be worth the extra. Navis were not. My estimate was 6-8 weeks to deliver, wound up taking 4 1/2 months...not just that, some of my stuff was missing. Somewhere between pickup at my house and shrink-wrapping on a pallet at their warehouse, my tools disappeared. I paid extra for insurance and the contact at Navis said he'd send me a check for the missing items. Haven't received anything from Navis.I would not recommend Navis.

Told package would arrive at gallery in about 5 days. Scheduled to arrive on day 22. Could have drove it there myself and had a vacation in between. Be skeptical of what you are told.

Really enjoyed working with the folks from Navis Pack & Ship. Everything that was promised was delivered. We had some furniture that needed to be shipped to another state. The process was smooth and professional. Many thanks to Bob Gray for answering all of my questions. If I need to ship items again I certainly will call them first!

Navis did a great job shipping all of my stuff. I had it packaged and ready to be picked up in my garage. They then picked up my things, wrapped them onto two pallets (and packaged my mattress). It shipped quickly with a commercial shipper who then brought my pallets to the bottom of my apartment stairs and I was able to unload. I deducted 1 star because it was a bit pricy and my totes had black marks all over them... I'm not quite sure why. Shipping my two pallets ended up costing more than twice of shipping my car, so other than that, they were great!

I sold a large arcade cabinet and needed to get it from the east coast to the mid-west. The entire process was painless, from setting up the pickup, driver was on time and very professional, to getting tracking and watching it take a few long weeks to get to the destination. Will use again for my custom shipping needs! Highly recommended.

I used Navis Pack and Ship to send a credenza and painting from NC to CA. They gave me a fair price and everything arrived on time and in tact. I plan to use them again as my parents downsize.

I had a framed pastel painting I needed to ship to a customer that I was really nervous about packing myself and using a typical shipping service. A friend recommended Navis and from the get go they were very responsive and gave me a quote that was less than expected. They originally gave me a one to two week turnaround but ended up being able to ship it a few days after me dropping it off and my customer recieved it quickly well packaged and more importantly, no dust on the glass! I would definitely use Navis again when shipping my framed pastel paintings.

Navis helped me to compile many shipments from many vendors. Once received, they packaged my goods into a couple of boxes and then stored them for me for a period. Very helpful to help me organize, and to make sure that all of the components are accounted for before they arrived at a construction jobsite. Navis is a great resource to have so close by. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Raleigh (Wilson) NC Location - Fantastic Experience!"During a relocation in December, I found myself under a major time crunch without the necessary tools, time, or desire to ship over forty unique, framed phots by Paul Elledge. I called Bob at the Wilson location and explained my predicament. Within twenty four hours, he had not only talked me "off the ledge," but quickly sent an extremely reasonable quote. The Drivers were polite, friendly, and efficient handling nearly $10,000 in valuable portraits. Bob was also very flexible in temporarily storing my order until I could relocate. Everything arrived in crates, double lined with particle board, foam borders, and individually bubble wrapped frames. If I were an art dealer, Bob and hist team would be my vendor of choice. You saved me!"
