The young kids don’t acknowledge when you walk in. Guy with curly fro sat on his phone 3 minutes at the counter without speaking to me. 2 employees cleaning never spoke. After I got my things I told them they need to treat customers better. The curly fro guy says “you should’ve let us know you were here” I told him “the door chimes when you open the door so how didn’t you know I was here?” The other young lady says “he must’ve been sleep again.” So your employees not only sleep on the clock but they sit on their phone WITH customers in the store and talk to customers disrespectfully. Hire new workers

Rude asl over the phone, hangs up in my face after asking simple questions. I call back and confront the guy, he calls me a slur and hangs up again. Wouldn't shop here.

This store is NEVER open when they are supposed to be. It says open at 8 am but they pick and choose what time they want to open. Went here 3 times and they were not open even at 930 am. ridiculous. Lost a customer

I went to the store to buy some edibles. The associate was nice enough but didn't know much about the products, which is fine but I did receive hositily from another male associate after I asked a few questions about the ingredients & THC content. Given I'm the customer, they could've helped me but instead, the dude responded with a sideways comment, which is no way to do business.What bothers me the most is that many of their edible products had an excessive amount of THC per gummie serving (175 mg), and on top of that..terrible ingredients! No single serving of THC (delta-10 in this case) should have a recommended serving size of 175 mg (that's for heavy consumers), and I imagine they have young people coming in who don't know the implications. This has me worried that this store is misguiding their customers (especially in a lower income area) to buy products that are not in their customer's interest. I threw away the product I purchased and I will not be shopping here again. I'll go to a legitmate hemp store next time, where they're happy to help me out.

Fix your time on the website & change it on your door. Does not open at 8am. I came specifically to this store due to the early hours & left after 20 minutes because no one opened.
