Always get treated like a king here. I needed wipers for my Suzuki and the back one is hard to get. No problem here and they even installed all of them for me!

Kudos to Jeffrey at Walker Auto Parts. What a totally wonderful experience. He was really friendly, super helpful, he answered all my many technical questions and even gave me a few tips on the job I am doing. I would have missed an excellent opportunity to do a "total" job but thanks to his knowledge and recommendations, I will have a job done that I won't have to worry about for a long time. I am a Vet and Jeffrey was super respectful of my service. I also want to give Kudos to Walker for their military discount, thank you for honoring our veterans! Walker is my go to for Auto parts.

Jeff is the worst I have ever encountered in the auto parts industry. He might be knowledgeable in auto parts but rudest in customer service. I left and got what I needed at O'Reillys. I will not be back. Ever.

When no one else in Raleigh had parts i stock these guys do. I have done business with other auto parts places and they may or may not have what you need depending on the day of the week. NAPA has competitive prices without all the special buyer programs and they seem to keep more in stock parts, oil and tools than anyone else. With shortages of things over the past year they have some how managed to keep the supply chain moving through their stores and its paying off. You have earned my repeat business from now on.

Nothing but great things to say about the outstanding customer service. Dealership stated to me after 17 yrs of going to they couldn't find my alternator for a SVT LIGHTNING, I call these guys and they went above and beyond and had it to me first thing next morning
