I went in after getting rave reviews from coworkers and am so pleased. Lam gave me one of the most detailed manicured I’ve ever experienced. He even flipped my hand over and filed excess product from under the nail!! Will definitely be coming again.

They always get my nails right! They're expensive, but I'd rather pay more knowing that they're going to do my nails exactly how I like. They're also very nice.

Took a chance on this place as a walk-in. Leigh did an incredible job and spent a long time on my dipped nails. They feel indestructible!

I went one week and four days ago to the day, I had a little bit of time so my husband suggested we go here. I was in and out within 45 minutes, confused at the time I kept my comments to myself.. mind you it’s me and one other person in their salon.. my nails never even had the chance to grow out! I understand final sale, but make your product and work worth it!With the owners snug response, to have assumed I broke it off hitting it on something, I’m a sahm with nails lasting me 3 to 4 weeks from ANY other salon located in the area! Bumping into items, even so much as hitting them on things, ONE WEEK should not break off with complete and total ease, it should hurt. As mine did not!

A bit pricey from what I have received at other locations but good.l! I received a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure it talk about the same amount of time it would anywhere else about an hour and a half two hours. I will probably revisit this location the next time I am in Raleigh!

This is a professional place of business for people who take self-care seriously. The atmosphere is designed with the client in mind. The light music helps me turn off the busyness of the world outside. Leigh keeps it real and provides a great service; I still can't believe how she gets behind my big toenail without making it bleed. Everytime! Lynn helped me find my nail style after years of trying to figure it out. At Nail Spa it is safe to let go and leave your feelings at the curb. Don't start no stuff, won't be no stuff. Period.

I've been coming here for several years and I've always been satisfied with my services, but I just had the best pedicure I've had in a *long* time. I have naturally ingrown toenails so it can be hard to find a technician who is able to do a satisfactory job without hurting me, but Jane was amazing. I got the deluxe pedicure which costs $45 (and there's a $3 fee for using cards) and it was well worth it. The massage was so relaxing, my toes look adorable, and even though they got very busy right after I sat down she stayed focused on me and made me feel so pampered. The only thing I would have preferred is if they used two towels for the hot towel wrap instead of me needing to hold my legs together with one draped over them. Not a big deal but that would make it more comfortable. I'm not usually the type of person to ask for a specific technician but I'll definitely be asking for Jane in the future.

Lynn was my tech. She recommended the deluxe but gave me classic package services. I made it known to her. The deluxe includes a massage for lotion and I did not get that. I was very upset and will not return. I just paid for the deluxe service and left disappointed.

While getting my pedicure my attention was turned to the complaining patron at the front stating she has never been bleeding after having eyebrows waxed. Then charging her $18 for the service. My nail tech did a good job on my pedicure but charged me $55 for the basic $35 classic but charged to take off regular polish and put on gel ($20) then my $40 fill in was $55 and my daughter's $40 fill in was $60. They stated her nails long and she got a design on them and charged to shape. She did not change shape and nails were not long but medium length at most. The nails were not smooth shine dulling after the first hand wash. They lost at least 3 customers today!! Should have ended services and left when the lady left bleeding.

I came in for a full set and was serviced by Lam. The first issue was him gluing the nail tips to my skin and NOT my actual nail bed. I questioned his method and he said it would make my nails last longer because my nail beds were small. He did not fix this before proceeding with applying the acrylic. His acrylic application was messy, uneven, and below average but I waited to see if he would fix the issue. After he finished applying acrylic to the first hand, I looked at my nails as I always do when visiting any nail salon and he raised his voice to say the nails were wet and not to look at them or move my hand. When filing time came, he filed the entire surface of my nail along with my skin well beyond the cuticle (painful). The shaping was not good at all. When it was time to pick a color, I was going through the entire color pallet for a couple of minutes and Lam proceeds to walk around to my side of the table, snatch the pallet from me, and tries to tell me the “correct” way to look at the colors. I ultimately chose yellow and he said they didn’t have any yellows at all in the store so I asked him to confirm with Leigh, he then stopped servicing me and sent me to someone else. After leaving the salon, I had to reshape and file my own nails to my liking. I will not be back and I certainly will not be recommending this salon. Lam certainly ruined my experience.Service: Acrylic nails

I've been coming here for years but post COVID they've fallen off.i agree with a lot of the other reviews they can be rough on the cuticles but they've always done a great job waxing my eyebrows. Customer service can be lacking once you put your name in. You just sit there. They've even forgotten about me in the eyebrow waxing room. The more disturbing issue and hence my review is they charge $3 per credit card transaction and claim its a service fee. There is no credit card company charging you $3 per transaction on a $15 bill. They also increased prices post covid, understandably so, so now with the increase plus the b.s. service charge it cost $18 to get your eyebrows waxed here. Square, PayPal, cashapp would all charge less fees. I will not be returning here.Services: Waxing

Came in here on Wednesday to get a gel mani and gel pedicure. Next day my nails were peeling. Walked and explained why I was back. The lady to right told me ok to have a seat which was fine. The guy to the left looked on the book and he could have fixed my repair however he put his coat on and walked to the back. I asked him could he do my nails repaired he said Mike would . This is the second shop in Raleigh were the nail techs don't let the gel dry long enough. It seems as though they rush though the pedicures and manicures for certain color type people. When I sat and watch on both occasions to the shop the mistreatment. I am really tired of Koreans, Asians, Vietnam whatever nationality nail techs disrespecting blacks who spend more money in their shops. The pedicure if it wasn't rushed it was actually decent far as calluses removal and massage done by Mike. I was more mad about the lack of respect and time then my nails being peeled. The manicure I had cuts on my cuticles. I was so mad because I needed to head out of town. I will not be returning to this nail salon. Don't waste Your time nor money. The sad part is they probably do good nails the shop is very nice

The business needs a deep cleaning. I was skipped in line and ignored by the woman. The gentleman that did my pedicure was nice. I came in with someone and they did not sit us together although ample seating.

Just got a deluxe pedicure from the guy in the back on the left side with glasses and he did a poor job. He didn’t massage my feet the main reason I come and get a pedicure, he half way shaped my toenails, did a poor job getting my dead skin off basically he just did a poor job.Service: Pedicures
