Requested style: Love it there. I have been going to Nail Expert since 2021 when I first moved to North Carolina. Jack does great work and is very sociable and funny. Nancy always does amazing and calming pedicures and designs on my nails. I highly recommend! ?? ☺️

My first experience at this shop was amazing
I went there for shaping and painting as the salon I first went too didn't do what I wanted but did what they wanted and I was so happy with what Nancy did
I showed her the photo and she literally replicated it an fixed my shaping and checked to ensure I was happy with it. Will most certainly be going back

This place is horrible. They are so misleading in their prices. They will overcharge you whatever they feel like it without prior consent. The guy who did my nails was so rude about it and about everything. They have a guy who keeps doing the customers nails all wrong, I had to go back to get my nails redone. I kept hearing customers calling to complain about the quality of their services. Don’t come here if you are needing a good quality job on your nails.

This place has fallen off since Lee and Sandy are no longer the owners. This Saturday, I got ripped off. I called and asked how much a full set was. I was told that with regular polish it would be $35. With gel polish it would be $47. I told them I wanted the regular one for the $35. When I came in I was on the phone with my Dad, but I trusted the guy to provide the service we discussed over the phone. He even asked me if I was the person who called in so he knew what I wanted.
Before it was all said and done I ended up paying $57 because he had put the gel polish on anyway and a nude acrylic. All he asked me about the acrylic was if I wanted "nude or clear". He didn't tell me the nude costed more. And when I asked him why he was putting gel polish on after I specifically asked him for regular polish he said "There's no difference". I repeated the prices I was given over the phone, including the part where he told me that gel was $47. He said well your nails are $57. He couldn't even explain why. He basically went against everything discussed said over the phone. So for nude acrylic, coffin shaped French tips, with gel its $57. Again HE NEVER said that the nude acrylic costed more. He just asked me which one I wanted as if they costed the same.
He knew exactly what he was doing and gladly took my money
I don't even like the way he filed the coffin shapes either.
Customers should always be told the price of what they are getting. But since it was a slow day for them he wanted to get all he could out of me.
Lee and Sandy DID NOT do business like this.
I will miss Adam, but thanks to the little guy in the first chair, I AM NEVER coming back to this location again.

Very rude, had a nasty attitude because I had a emergency call and had to answer. I used my free hand to answer the call, so I'm not sure why he got so upset. Refuse to work on my nails while I talked on the phone. The call took less then 5 minutes. I'm a supervisor so I'm always on call. You just loss a loyal customer of 2 years.Service: Sculpted nails

LOVE THEM!! Adam did great! I really like when someone takes their time when doing nails and very meticulous and he did just that! I love getting a natural yet simple color and he did great! Pink liquid gel is my fave! Great job!

The shop is located in a good area of town in an active shppping strip mall with good foot traffic. The prices were very attractive and the shop was clean, stocked and staffed appropriately. I'll definitely look forward to my next visit.

Jack and Nancy were very nice and helpful. Not only do my nails look phenomenal, they even lended me their umbrella because of the storm outside. Will be returning!
