Today, they moved a piano from our house 3 miles away to a dear friends house.Every time these guys have been out, they are nice, professional and efficient. Can’t say enough. “Katie at Carolina Containers & Transport provided my husband and I with a great experience. After we stopped by CCT to check out containers for our upcoming move, we were allowed to look at available on site containers with no appointment. After leaving, we were still unsure and asked Katie to send us a few other selections which she did with no hesitation. We returned to the site for one final walk through and again, Katie was able to assist. After finally deciding on a unit, we were able to pay on site and received our unit before the week was out, (after asking if we could receive it sooner than later)! To date, we are enjoying the amount of space the unit is providing and the peace of mind it has provided us with as we transition from our current living space. Brittany not only answered all my questions but took me to see my options and worked with me to reserve just the right space for my needs. I returned the next day to complete my rental agreement and Devin assisted me. She also went above and beyond to help me. “I think the staff at this location are a solid 5. Really helpful and very friendly. I give the facility a 4 because communication has been a little challenging with drop offs and some important details that should have been easily accessible in their computer were not followed through on. What you relay to one staff member mat not make it to the next person who comes on their shift creating a little confusion. That's my only criticism. I recommend this place.”

“Few Moves is a wonderful company. Came on day 1 and explained the entire process and told me to feel free to ask questions at any time and the engineer in me didn’t hesitate to ask. They packed our kitchen and closets on day 1 and watching them I don’t believe anything will break in the transport. They then wrapped all the furniture in plastic. Came back on day 2 and loaded all the furniture on the truck and padded everything.The crew were all professional, very courteous. 2 days after the move I received a call letting me know that they reduced the move cost by $500.00 because of the lower actual weight versus the estimated weight. My wife and I did eliminate some items but didn’t expect it to be anywhere near that much. That is what you call an honest company and it is hard to find that today.”

“They did a great job. Our move date changed due to delay in closing. They worked with us and started our move after 5pm, after the crew already did a move that day! They were very careful with our furniture and home. They worked hard. Not sure why other review cared about smoke breaks so much. They went non-stop except for a small break or 2 and when I brought them dinner. Crystal is the owner and was very helpful and onsite the entire move. The crew was friendly and hard working.”
