“Please note i really like ATT and the service we received. We were under the impression we woikd get the same size phone as what we traded and that was not the case. The sales person was very nice but we did not get the correct gigs. We turned in a 256 and was expecting to get the same. But we found once we got home we received 128g which is not sufficient for our needs. We will need to return this phone.”

“I recently visited the AT&T store for a trade-in, and my experience started off frustrating but ended on a positive note thanks to Lenue.
Initially, Joe assisted us, but it was clear he didn’t know what he was doing. He told us we couldn’t get the phone due to a fraud issue, which turned out to be completely incorrect. On top of that, he claimed the phone color and storage we wanted were unavailable and out of stock, forcing us to choose a different option. Because things weren’t adding up, we asked for a second opinion.
That’s when we went to Lenue, and he helped us with no issues at all. Not only was there no fraud issue—Joe was simply misinformed—but Lenue was also able to get us the exact phone we originally wanted, in the correct color and storage, which Joe had said was out of stock.
Lenue handled our trade-in and purchase quickly, provided great customer service, and made the process smooth and easy. Thank you, Lenue, for your professionalism and efficiency! AT&T needs more representatives like him.”

“The owner of the Wireless Shop did an excellent job in replacing the back glass for my iPhone 13 pro. Apple wanted to charge me $450. I called several cell phone repair shops in Cary and Apex and all stated they could not replace the back glass because it needed to be done with a laser. My coworker recommended the Wireless Shop to me because they were able to fix his daughter's phone at a very reasonable price. I brought my phone to them and they replaced the back glass for $150. The phone looks brand new! The service by the owner and his staff was excellent. I highly recommend the Wireless Shop for your tech repair needs.”

Sadley the phone I bought is horrible but taking that back tomorrow under there 14 day return policy. I got away from Samsung years ago and now I remember why. They just have bad phones, but this was pretty much all they had with a couple other options. I am not sure why these stores don't keep phone inventory on hand. “These guys are great. I bought a "messy" phone from some shady shop at the interesection of Atlantic and Spring Forest which was only partially setup (they hadn't updated the ROM correctly). Page Plus on hillsborough diagnosed the problem then gave me good options for resolving it on my own, or paying for solution. Thumbs up for that. A yr later when my fam needed an additional phone I went straight to Page Plus since I have high confidence in them.”
