Most of the stuff are great and kind! Sorry but the older white lady that works the front with the accent is rude. Once a shopper came in and found that I had a baby and wanted to use his discount to buy me a large baby item and she was having a fit saying he can’t use his discount on me in front of me! I felt so embarrassed! So the gentleman bought the baby item for himself and gave it to me in front of her! He was so sweet and kind and just wanted to help a young mom out! I am forever grateful for his act of kindness!! There has been multiple other incidents of her making up the prices whenever she feels it’s too good for the original price. For example the kids clothes are all lumped under $1.99/piece and it was 50% off and decided to charge double or more depending on how she fancy she thinks the stuff looks. I’m better off buying it new at discount stores at that point ! Sorry but these are donated goods, and idk why she feels the need to be stingy.

I guess everyone here’s standards are on the floor. This thrift store is awful and everything inside is very old, cheap, and ugly. Such a waste of time

Stop in at Missions Thrift for a great deal to support missions. Wednesday is senior day, you get a discount, Thursday is ladies day you get a discount. Shop local and find some great finds from shoes, clothes, houseware items, furniture, toys, jewelry, boutique items.

I was very pleased with my first visit experience over the weekend. I visited from out of town and decided to stop by. This shop is located inside a church, which I thought was a little weird. It was at the end of long hallway and the interior was quite dark, including the dressing rooms, which made it hard to get an accurate read on color and fit. However, they had some really cute women’s clothes and I picked up 4 blouses for $17. The cashier was super nice, informative, and helpful. These are by far the cutest clothes I’ve purchased from a thrift shop. The cashier (and person in charge of oversight) is doing a fantastic job at selecting items customers will love. She definitely has an eye for design and fashion. I wish we had similar selections in more thrift stores!

EDITED REVIEW 1/19/24...This used to be my favorite thrift store....until my visit yesterday. Most of the clothes aren't tagged anymore. They've always had a big sign on the wall that says something like "No tags. No sale. No exceptions". When I asked why clothes weren't tagged, the cashier said "We're trying to get product on the floor as quickly as we can". Huh??? This also explains why the clothing is no longer sorted by size, even though the racks make it appear as though they are. This place is a debacle now, much like what you'll find at every Goodwill. Their prices went up too. Sadly, I won't be returning to Missions nor will I donate to this church anymore. Ill just go to Recovered Treasures and give my donations to them too, since theyre an organization who truly gives back to the community. I wont even get into too much detail regarding Crossroads Church denying space to use for those in need. 300k s/f campus and they refused small space to be used for TWO diff unrelated nonprofit organizations. That's the icing of the cake for me. Just inside the entrance to the thrift store, you'll see room after room EMPTY. Shame on you, Crossroads. Thats not very "Jesus-like". I see your motives very clearly now...Money, Power, Prestige. ●PREVIOUS REVIEW●...I absolutely LUUUUUUV this place. Clothing is sorted by SIZE and not color, unlike most other thrift stores in the area. Prices are very reasonable and they sometimes have 50% off sales too. Not only do I always spend waaayyy too much time there because I find so many awesome things, but I know the proceeds are going to a good cause. This is the only thrift store that I'm guaranteed to leave with a smile on my face!

Nice clothes, but cashier couldn’t help but comment on the sizes I picked out. Yes, I wear a small to a medium but I guess I looked a lot larger to the cashier.”This is too little for you.” No, ma’am. I tried it on and it fit perfectly. ? please keep your comments to yourself, I already struggle with food as it is.

Uh weird vibes???? Definitely agree that they seem a bit "closed off" and I felt followed in the store. Bizarre mega church not for me

was all but accused of shoplifting by the cashier after looking at some jewelry in the case, passive aggressive and rude- if you have something to say say it or run the cameras back...not much selection either definitely won't return as there are much better thrift shops in the area

It’s my favorite thrift store! Friendly staff, fantastic finds. I also love that their supports local nonprofits in the Triangle area as well as globally.
