They do a great job in the infant room! They do interactive activities and take great care of all the babies. The app is very convenient too and they do a great job updating the app throughout the day with naps, feedings, diaper changes, etc. They've made me feel so comfortable returning to work. Thank you for all the hard work!!! :)

This place makes me and my family feel like home. The director here is very informative and helpful, she stays on top of everything and the staff here is friendly. Each teacher I have ever walked past always speak and smile with grace. Although, every child does misses his or her parent I can tell the staff loves my child as if their own. I'm a proud parent of an outstanding child who attends this excellent school. Thank you, for your outstanding help and love.

The staff at KinderCare Millbrook are always very friendly when I'm picking up and dropping off my kids! However, their check in and check out process is quite cumbersome. There are times when I come to pick up the kids and it can take up to at least 30 minutes to get both of my children. This is also true in the mornings. I understand Covid plays a role in this but this daycare facility seems to always be understaffed and they never have anyone sitting out front. There's been times where I've stood in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes before anybody even comes to ask who I was there to pick up or acknowledges me. A few weeks ago I was sent a text and email stating that my child's class was closed due to a teacher illness. I've not ever experienced this with other daycares unless their is a COVID exposure. When there has been a teacher sickness (not COVID related) at other daycares, other teachers are moved over or the center Director or other management cover the room for the day. I can only assume it's because this center is so understaffed. Again, I do want to stress that the center director, assistant director and teachers that I have talked with have all been very nice and easy to work with! They seem to really care and love children! If the pick up and drop off times could be approved and the center wasn't understaffed, I would definitely give this center 5 stars.

Amazing staff with so much heart. It's wonderful seeing our three year old get excited about going to daycare here. Management is really committed to providing a safe, fun and loving environment.

Wonderful place! my 2 year old daughter loves and get always exited to go to daycare. Amazing, respectful and caring staff, I will forever be thankful to the staff for making my daughter feel at home.

I have to be completely honest on this review. I am SOOOO thankful forMs. Jessy, and the rest of the staff at KinderCare. My children leave that establishment happy everyday. Which means more to me than anyone could ever understand. They are all warm, friendly, and inviting. They treat you as if they've known you all your life. My children will be there as long as they're allowed.

I was so nervous about finding a daycare for my 2 kids. I had been home with my first child for 4 years and only had 1 year with my second. I knew my children (at least my first born) was ready, but i personally was not ready to let go. After searching around...i came across Kindercare at Milbrook and after 20 min in there i felt at ease. The staff is amazing and you got a internal feeling knowing that the kids would be okay. That's a big deal as a mom. (Or parent). And the staff is super amazing, super sweet, and the love they have for children melts my heart. Wonderful place and would recommend to everyone!

We are very pleased with our experience for our two boys here. We feel they are learning in a very loving and nurturing environment. I like the scheduled daily routines and the well balanced meals they provide. Thank you for taking such great care of our children!

My daughter and I love this daycare!!! My daughter has been going here since she was a 1 and now shes 4 in their Pre-K Program. Ms.Jessie and Ms. Tricia are so nice and the teachers are so patient and caring for the children.

At first I loved this Kindercare. But as time continued my trust got lower and lower. In my opinion, THEY MISPLACED MY 5 YEAR OLD!! I dropped off both of my children then an hour later got a message from my 5 year pre-k teacher asking if she will be in school because she did not come in from the bus. I immediately called Kindercare TWICE and both times a staff member told me my child did arrive at school and got off the bus. For a hour I thought my child was kidnapped. Come to find out they did not let her off the bus bc they thought she didn’t have school that day....so what was the point of you putting her on the bus? The next day my child returned a boy kicked her in the stomach multiple times. Me and dad was both told two different stories on what happened. At the end of the day you was not watching my child enough. There was two incidents with my 1 year old that happened all in one week where again they was not watching her enough as well. After 4 try’s I’m not allowing them a 5th....took BOTH of my children out and we will never ever come back. I don’t recommend them at all. Join at your own risk.
