It was such a pleasure working with Alla. Alla is a great communicator and is incredibly patient. If you've never had the experience of designing your dream dress and having it made specifically for your body, it is an incredibly special experience that I wish every woman could have one day. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day in the dress from Miledy Bridal Boutique. I would highly recommend working with Alla at Miledy Bridal Boutique!

Alla is great to work with! We decided to use one of her bridal dress designs as a starting point, and I tweaked some details to fit my style. When the dress wasn't exactly what I was envisioning at the first try-on/alteration day, she was able to fix it and turn it into exactly what I wanted. The dress turned out beautiful. It fit me perfectly and was comfortable to wear for the entire day of the wedding. She was very responsive by text and is very straightforward so there aren't any misunderstandings. I would definitely recommend working with Alla for your wedding dress if you want a custom dress!

My daughter’s wedding dress was absolutely spectacular and exceeded my expectations. Alla was wonderful to work with…incredibly professional, attentive to my daughter’s wishes and FUN!! A literal dream. This was the first place I looked for my wedding dress…and it ended up being the ONLY place I looked. Alla was utterly fantastic. Her designs are stunning. I was able to tailor my dress exactly to my body type and my style preference. I was even able to pick out my own fabric! Her prices are so reasonable…who knew a CUSTOM dress could be so cheap. She had the final product ready a week and a half before my wedding. Thank you, Miledy Bridal for the most wonderful dress. Alla, you’re amazing!!

I will start by saying Alla does great work! I was so impressed with how quickly she sketched and sewed my sister's wedding dress, so I decided to use her. I drove over 2 hours to get fitted for a bridesmaid dress in March (Alla took all of the measurements). I didn't realize until ~6 weeks after the measurements were taken that she still hadn't started on the dress and I think this was because I hadn't paid a deposit. I quickly sent the deposit (like within 2 hours) and texted Alla offering an apology. I told her know that I would've paid a deposit much earlier had it been communicated to me earlier. Her response (on May 17th) was that it was fine because we still have plenty of time. When the dress finally arrived in mid-August (it was shipped to my home), I was shocked at the sizing. It was ~6 inches too big in the waist, the sleeves were much shorter, and it was ~4 inches too long in length. There was NO reason for the sizing to be this incorrect because Alla had taken all of my measurements herself. After the bride pressed Alla about the incorrect sizing, Alla admitted that she didn't make the dresses herself (she contracted the work). Alla said that I could send the dress back and she'd fix it. I didn't send it back for 2 reasons: 1. She didn't even make the dress the first time (when the understanding was that she would), so why was I to believe that she'd actually be the one fixing it? 2. It was too close to the wedding (the wedding was Labor Day weekend). I live over 2 hours away, which meant I would have had to ship the dress back to her, hope it would be fixed correctly, then have her ship it back. Not only that, I still had to get the dress cleaned and pressed before the wedding. I ended up getting it altered near my home for $125. I'm leaving a poor review, not for Alla's work, but for the way business was conducted. I paid for this service thinking that SHE was going to make the dress and she didn't do so. If you ever decide to do business with her, just ensure that SHE'S actually going to make the dress.
