Been with them for year. I went in spent over a hundred dollars. On a new phone I got it however it was defective returned it same day not even 5 minutes of having phone. Both cashier and manager refused to give money back. So I return the phone and told them to keep the money and all I contacted many customer service rep’s put in complaint then come to find out they never put my complaint in. Just all around bad experience and in the end didn’t get my phone and lost $144 in process.

Terrible service, I went to add a phone line to my account, paid for it in the store and then they charged me $108 again. When I came back asking for information about what they were charging me, the boy with the phone in his hand, without paying attention to me, only responded to call “Metro” to ask for that information. I wonder? This store is not subway? This is where I bought the line, they should give me an answer as to what plans they added and everything! The boy's name is Juan, it was my worst experience!

Not sure why there are so many terrible reviews, but my experience was great! Walked in, was greeted right away and received an easy upgrade with representative, Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and made the process run smoothly. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Great service one thing that i didn't like was that the lady who attended me was pregnant and there was no air-conditioning inside and it was pretty hot and i was surprised because it was hot usually MetroPCS always has air-conditioning but the lady was really nice to me and really patient.
