This location is completely unprofessional and deserves ZERO stars, but since I have to provide one to make this post I'm giving them 1 star. They attempted to process an upgrade that we didn't ask for or pay for just because we were inquiring about an upgrade. We left the store and went to another location to buy the phone because this location had already closed. The other location was unable to process our upgrade request because of the hold the previous location had on the account as if the upgrade was already in progress with them (the 2nd location provided us with a screenshot of the account showing the alert). We had to go back to the previous location to have the hold removed and did so the next day. The store hours were 10am-7pm (explicitly stated on the store window and online). We attempted to call the store 5 times on Monday prior to going in to speak with someone and no one ever answered the phone or called us back. We arrived at the location at 6:48pm and the store was already closed for the day!!! The 2 extremely unprofessional women (1 being an manager) that were still in the store refused to assist us with the issue that was caused at their location! They also gave no explanation as to why they closed the store 12min early and refused to provide us with support for an issue that we did not cause, ask for, or create. I additionally started to take photos of the location to contact the BBB and T-Mobile as supporting documentation and one of the women working in there started waving at me as I'm taking photo, it is COMPLETLY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNACCEPTABLE customer service. This entirely preventable issue has caused 3 days of my husband being without a working phone and he needs his phone for work daily. If this is the way this Metro by T-Mobile location does business they should be shut down. It is unacceptable that these women, especially a manager, treats account holders this way. I'm completely disgusted in the customer service at this location and will never return again. I highly recommend if you need any support by Metro or looking to upgrade your phone you DO NOT go to this location as it is not worth your time. I will be filing a formal complaint based on what occurred to us at this location and will be going to corporate on the matter as well.

I was at 3110 New Bern Ave today. I met a very intelligent young man name Daniel. He was very thoughtful and very professional which made my experience the best in the store that i every had.

this establishment... Is disgusting. Darlene is horrible but her minions were delightful to work with. I felt sorry for them. Please avoid this establishment they treat you like garbage

I wish I could give less then 1 star. I Purchased a phone for my nephew as a gift. Unfortunately for me my nephew was not happy with the phone. When I tried to return the phone just a couple days later, I was told by the manager that I could not return the phone because the talk time was over the 60 minutes allowed for returns. This was with out a doubt a LIE! I checked the talk time and there was a grand total of 4 minutes of talk time on the phone. Although the staff was very nice during the purchase process, I would recommend for anyone to STAY AWAY from this store. The manager is a LIAR and refused to work with me on the return. I can't stand a store that refuses to honor there own return policy!
