Went in today Mar 17th in the afternoon. Tried to find what I usually get for a while. The girl working there paid no attention to me, never asked how she could help me, and downright ignored us-even if we were the only people in the store. Very disappointed.

I liked the place. The person there was rude and definitely did not want to do ear piercing. So did NOT have it done.

The girl who tried to pierce my 9 year old daughter’s ears was super sweet. My daughter was very nervous because we had two other experiences that didn’t go well. Unfortunately, the piercing gun got suck in my daughter’s ear and she had to rip it out as my daughter cried. It wasn’t the girl’s fault, and she was very apologetic, but I’m shocked that I never received a call from the manager despite leaving my number. Apparently they had ordered new piecing guns but they hadn’t arrived yet. They should not have tried to use the faulty guns. It was extremely traumatic for my daughter.

Lo pierced my 7yo daughter’s ears. Lo was super sweet, professional and walked my daughter through the entire process step by step. She even made the sound with the earring gun (without an earring in it) so my daughter knew what to expect when she pierced her ear. Everything was cleaned and sterilized to the enth degree which I also appreciated as a mom.My daughter was very scared (despite being ready and asking to do this for months). However, Lo was incredibly patient and even allowed us to take a break and walk through the mall after the 1st ear was pierced. This helped my daughter calm her nerves and regroup before the 2nd piercing. Lo was a gem!The store is VERY clean and pretty quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely make an appointment here as you will truly have a great 1:1 experience.

The girls working here are super friendly and personable. I got my second piercing with my sister and two friends. 7 weeks later and none of our piercings have closed or gotten infected. The piercing process was quick and not too painful. I do still feel some discomfort when reinserting my earring into the piercing but I think that’s to be expected.

I brought my 8 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. We worked with Sadie and she was fantastic! Highly recommend Sadie if you're doing a kids ear piercing.

We took our 7 year old to get her ears pierced for the first time. Sarah did the piercing and she was amazing. She explained everything to my daughter, made her feel at ease, and was very careful from start to finish. It was an awesome experience. The quality and price was superior to the other two chain stores in the same mall that did piercings, so go here instead!

My first two ear piercings were great, but recently I went for my 3rd piercing and the lady pierced the string of my mask in between my earring. She checked the earring after she pierced it so I assume she knew what happened but failed to tell me. She also forgot our ear cleaning solution, and instead told us to use rubbing alcohol, which is damaging and no professional piercer recommends this. Disappointed.
