I was surprised at the reviews but i went there before i read the reviews. Over the past weekend, i got a flat and we went to the closest tire shop. When we got there Jaylen said that they was closed but he came out and saw the tire and said he couldn't let us drive with that so thirty minutes later, we got two new tires thanks to Barry and Jalen. So thank you

Like others, I was surprised to see the negative reviews. I've used this location numerous times and have had great service. Howard and his team are always hustling to to keep things rolling, answering the phones, helping customers who walk in without appointments, keeping waiting customers informed on the progress of their repairs/service. I often joke with Howard as he comes in the office to answer the phone with dirty hands from changing a tire " hey Howard, are you going to be able to take a nap after lunch" ? He looks at me and just shakes his head, I sometimes get a grin out of him. Are they perfect? No. Do things always go as planned? No. Do they have the same issues every other business has hiring good people who will show up to work? Yes. Does Howard and his team work their butts off every day to take care of their customers and provide the best service possible? Absolutely. By the way, the cost of an oil change for my car is about $35 less than the dealership. If your in the market for tires, do your research then contact Howard. I'm pretty sure you will find their prices are more than competitive.

It's a bummer to see all these low ratings! They must be under new management. These guys are great. First off the vibe is light and fun. The front folks banter back and forth which is entertaining. I got 4 tires, an oil change and brakes and rotors on both axels. It was a lot of money but it wasn't expensive. The shop manager worked with me. He gave me an offer I was unaware of (buy 3 get 1, in stead of the $100 off on the website) and helped me out on the oil change price. After the repair, there was an issue with my brakes which wasn't their fault and they fixed it quickly and on my schedule. Can't say enough good things. Thanks a lot y'all! Bonus: there's a Baptist church 2 or 3 blocks away with a peaceful spot with a labyrinth if you'd like to escape the shop lounge area... if not, there's cable tv in the lounge.

I had a very pleasant experience with my first time at NTB. I needed repairs to my front and back brakes and having never needed any repairs on my car, I didn't know where to go. A family recommended NTB and so I made an appointment. They checked me in as soon as I got there, I chose not to wait due to Covid and small waiting room. They called me an hour later with an update and quote for repairs. I thought it seemed a little high, and never having needed repairs before, I told them I wanted to shop around. The store manager, Howard was very accommodating in doing everything he could to get me discounts including a first responder discount as I work in healthcare. While I still thought the pricing was more than I would've paid somewhere else, the customer service and attention to detail (in parts being ordered and searching for applicable discounts), I felt very comfortable giving them my business. I did have to wait an extended time (6 hours or so) until I could pick up my car, but that was due to them having to order parts that were not in stock. Both Howard and Wendy were very helpful, kind, and patient in my experience. I plan to return for any additional repairs I may need in the future.

My husband and I use this location and have always had great service. Staff is friendly, waiting area is clean, and pricing is reasonable.

I would not recommend getting anything other than an oil change done there. I called to make an appointment for tuneup and ac/resistor, they kept car all day. Since quarantining I have not driven any where since I picked car up from them and all of a sudden my car is making terrible sounds and the ac blower does not come off. I call talk to the manager Mike, takes car in next day and they keep it from 10am to 2pm, says its electrical but don't know what it is, have the nerve to tell me the problem is easy but he dont know why and how to fix it....But still have my money paid them almost $600.00...I was better off not taking my car to them.

Was hesitant based on the reviews but we had NTB warranty. Under new management since June. Very pleased with service from a Carlos the service manager and Davis the technician.

Ronnie at the front desk is always friendly. It was a delight to see him at the Millbrook Rd.store because when I took my car to the Garner store he was there. He goes the extra mile for customers. I appreciate it. He is an asset to NTB.

I had a coupon, got the oil changed, plus rotated my tires. I asked them to reset the low air pressure light off. Mr. Antonio Mcneill the store manager who is I dealt with the entire visit, comes and tells me where I bought my tires every single sensor is broke, 65.00 a piece. I said no, I will go where I bought the tires, as I did. The tire place was great, and showed me every single one, the sensors were not broke, all in one piece. Moral of the story, DO NOT TRUST THEM, they will lie so you will spend more money, guess me being a female.... never again... It's really sad when you trust someone to do something and they got to try and screw you over.

Service varies according to your needs and their mood. However, they are honest. Near the 23L bus to Capital or Crabtree. You can then get to work. Not far from Revenue building or some good food.

Be careful! I went here to get an oil change because they sent me a flyer in the mail. They called me when the oil change was almost done and told me my battery was loosing a charge fast and need to be replaced in my 2 year old car. I told them not to change it but thanks for letting me know. I went down the street to Auto zone and asked them to check my battery and they said battery is working fine and you probably have a warranty on this battery. Just be aware!
