I have a positive experience at Leith Mercedes Benz every time I visit because of Linda Grandey. She is my Service Technician. I absolutely trust her. She is very knowledgeable, consistent, conscientious and pro active. She always knows what to do and when. I hope the company realizes what a valuable asset she is.

Ray listened to what I was looking for and he made every effort to find an exact match. He kept notes, and made sure I wasn't solely responsible for all of the details. Once I started the closing process, I was done in about 2 hours.
