As first time homebuyers, it was important to us that our lender took the time to educate us and make sure we were comfortable with every decision we made regarding our home loan. This is what made Melissa so spectacular, she was extremely responsive and happily answered our one-million questions. She even discussed options and strategies we didn't know were available to us. I am now far more knowledgeable on this subject and will be recommending Melissa to every person I know.
