They need more staff or maybe just a new manager at this location. I go here all the time b/c I live right down the road but I'm going to have to stop going here. I brought my kids in to play and get happy meals and it took longer than 20 mins. When I went to check on the order no apologies or customer service at all. When they called my number they only brought 1 happy meal. I said, I'm missing some items in my order. She said, I know and walked away. While I was waiting a woman came up and asked for napkins because there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Once the rest of my order was brought over I asked for a tray. She ignored me again and walked away. So I waited some more and when she finally addressed me she said she had to go in the back to get a tray. I didn't dare ask for ketchup but instead grabbed a few packs that were there on the counter. We were missing cheese on one of the burgers and I didn't get a straw for my coffee. Very simple customer service or even kindness or a smile would go a long way. This is an absolutely poor McDonald's location.

The morning manager always has a stank attitude. There's been times where I order and it literally took upwards of an hour to receive my simple order. This is a complete difference from the evening crew....which seems like a completely different restaurant.

This McDonalds is the worst in Raleigh. The best part of the meal was the drink. My burger was cold unmelted cheese patty look like it was sitting all day.

I stood in line for a good 20mins and nobody attempted to help me or anything, this location doesn’t seem to be very nice and doesn’t seem to actually try to attend they’re customers right away or even say anything to let us know they’re there and just need a moment. This is the closest location to me and it’s upsetting to know that I can’t even depend on them for great service.

When I got there the manager helped me so much. I am not tech savvy and she was so kind - thank you! It was Battlebridge Location in Raleigh Nc. I was there 3/15/24 @6:25 pm. Thanks again to the Manager!

Almost slipped and fell by the soda machine... wet floor...I told the manager and she said someone would get to it...No "wet floor" sign... no sense of urgency....If I was a senior citizen, it would've been an emergency room visit...Not a good look Ronald...

Be prepared to wait! This is no normal McDonald’s this beaut of place is McDonald’s in disguise, I mean 30 minutes for a hamburger, and it’s not a one off this place don’t care that they mess up your order or that you waited 30 minutes for a burger. They shouldClose this place down cause it gives McDonald’s a bad name. There are several places in the same complex they will cook you a 4 course meal by the time this place gets you a hamburger. I’ve asked why 1/2 a dozen times and they say all the right things but they do nothing about. The management in the place needs to go and they need a real leader to right the ship

At 9:15a.m. on Feb 28th, 2024. This McDonald's needs to be shut down. The lack of customer service, long lines, and unkept tables is terrible.

This location is sevearly understaffed. Whenever you come, whether placing a small or large order you'll have to wait. It's seems as if only teens run the restaurant, and there is no adult supervision. I'm not one to leave bad reviews; however, when service is this terrible CORPORATE needs to be made aware, and find helpful solutions so that the workers are not overwhelmed and short with customers. Lastly, customers who have such an experience would never want to come back. I never seen this issue at any other McDonald's outside of the 27610 area code, please riddle that?

They consistently adopt a confrontational tone, even though I approach them with no attitude. It's not my responsibility if they struggle to manage their time efficiently for food preparation. Future transactions won't involve this location nor venue; I'm generally an easygoing customer until faced with unwarranted attitude. I don't owe them anything, especially not a receptacle for their bad days. No need for elaboration, and no, I'm not the one initiating any negativity. I'm concluding this by choosing not to contribute my money anymore. Perhaps their "managers" could benefit from a lesson in customer communication with those who approach them positively, or maybe there's a language barrier at play? $30 for a few hamburgers - next time I will patron in a REAL dining establishment!
