Check their website for tire warranties and ask for them straight up if you want any, they won’t mention them in store at all. The main customer service line is helpful if needed. This an alright chain. The price is fair. But I agree w Chris Mills’ review that the employees need more education on both the products, warranties and just plain dealing with customers. They didn’t show the receipt for service or anything just said the charge and waited for the payment (have been 2-3 times and finally started asking to see the print out before I pay cos I got tired of the dismissiveness)(even when they’re no line or nothing it’s like they just want you out of there). They don’t go over nothing with you, which is “ok” I guess (like, I’m paying anyway), but at least do me the courtesy of walking thru the receipt real quick. The work and the techs are good, but the customer service will lose you customers over time.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your location on HWY 42 in North Carolina. I have been a loyal customer, but my recent experiences have been incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory.My ordeal began when I visited the HWY 42 location to purchase new BFG tires for my Silverado. During this visit, I was informed that my rear drums were in bad condition and agreed to have them replaced. However, after the service, I noticed a ticking noise coming from the rear of my vehicle that was not present before.I returned to the shop the following day to address this issue, but the staff was unable to identify the problem and advised me to come back when a particular mechanic was available. When I returned the following Thursday, I was informed that the front brake pads had been installed incorrectly and were cracked, allegedly causing the ticking noise. This was perplexing as my front brake pads had not been serviced at Mavis.Despite their efforts, the ticking noise persisted. I returned yet again for an oil change and another evaluation of the ticking noise. This time, I was told that a loose hubcap was the cause, which was supposedly fixed. Unfortunately, the noise remained unresolved.I ultimately took my truck to another mechanic who discovered multiple issues that had been mishandled by Mavis, including an incorrect alignment. The ticking noise is now resolved, and it was a problem with the rear drums they installed! This entire process has cost me significant time and money, as I had to pay another service provider to correct the mistakes made by Mavis.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution and the repeated inconvenience caused by your service center. I trusted Mavis with my vehicle, and I feel let down by the poor quality of service and the unnecessary expenses I have incurred as a result.

stay far away from this place they don’t want to help you matter fact they’ll break things on your car just so they can fix it for me the first time shame on you fool me the second time shame on me for trying you again

Sierra and the team were super helpful! Had a couple of tires go flat and they were really great about giving me a good deal. Definitely consider going with Mavis if you need to purchase new tires.
