The guy who helped me was suuuch a professional. Was not just trying to sell me comfort. But actually disagreed with what I thought was the coziest in contrast to what is actually important for my posture. All while recommending lower priced options. He definitely was looking out for me and has a passion for what he does. All around very happy

Tom was fantastic! We were shopping for adjustable beds with and for our parents who are in their late 80's and early 90's. Tom was knowledgeable, patient and kind. No hard sell sales pitch or unnecessary time spent getting it narrowed down to the bed which best met our needs. Perfect.

I only go to Mattress Firm to buy my mattresses. I’ve already bought 3 mattresses from them in the last ten years. They didn’t even wear out but I was doing travel nursing and I like to move with only what can fit in my car, so I donated the last two. Anyway, mattress firm always works with me about what I can afford and I have never had to return a mattress. Only winners. This time was no different. Eliza was patient and very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Would absolutely recommend.
