KLAUS was so informed and patient. I found the right mattress (I hope). A little disappointed that Thera-pedic doesn't have a better sale, but I know that has nothing to with with the local store.

We had such a great time working with Candace. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and engaging and managed to handle our very long process in the store seamlessly with other clients who walked in, even though she was the only one there. Highly recommend making the trip in on a Saturday during her shift!

I don't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me (tall!). I went in twice and both times he was working alone and more than friendly. Second time I went in there was some pricing issues which he worked out for me. Haven't received my mattress yet but unless something goes wrong with that process I am more than happy and would shop here again.
