Andre understood the urgency for our policy to be enforced. Within hours he worked at the estimate, provided me with a quote and then took my payment. We had a policy in force immediately that he sent to my clients office in time to make payroll. This affected several families who are depending on those paychecks. Good job Andre!

State Farm sent to you an underwriting letter in our behalf last November, and you didn't care to let us know or help us to resolve the problem? Well, we were not aware of this issue, and now, due to your negligence as our agent, and your lack of support, I lost my car, I don't even have a rental to go to work with and I don't have enough money to buy a new car, all this for an accident that was not even my fault, I got rear ended.
We have been loyal to you and State Farm for over 20 years and this is how I end up, really, after all the money I have paid ?
And after everything we have gone through, you even had the decency of taking our calls?
I guess we were your favorite customers until we not longer were.
Very unprofessional on your part to post sensitive information about my family on the internet. There's some confidential information that other people doesn't need to know.
For the record, we know the law, we do NOT allowed our daughter to drive without a license, she took the car by herself when she was dealing with a mental health crisis and she was very unstable. How heartless and insensitive comment about our situation.

Candace Thompson was a huge help when I suddenly had a water leak in my home. She recommended American Disaster Restoration for inspection and repairs and connected me to them via email. She was transparent about the options I had for filling a claim and what that would entail. ADR was great to work with and State Farm approved the claim. Thanks Candace for your great recommendation!
