Today I went to this Marshalls store located at 6216 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh. I went for a change of clothes, bone a return, and the treatment was inhuman and disrespect on the part of the supervisor and the cashier who attended me, boasting bad faith on my part, requesting my personal identification as if they were policemen, and treating me as a criminal, they told me that they were going to investigate if I was committing fraud with the returned garment, when it was bought in that establishment, I did not have the invoice but I had the price label and code, with the code they can easily search their system and check that the garment belongs to the store, together To this the clothes I bought were of poor quality, one of the changed blouses was broken and a pair of pants I bought was also broken, I didn't realize at the time of purchase, for that reason I went to change the clothes. I am dismayed and totally disappointed with this situation since I have been shopping in this store for several years and I have never been through a situation as it is and the truth is that I am disappointed by such a treatment, I hope you can improve your treatment of customers and your return policies.

Today I had a catastrophic experience in the Marshal with the supervisor and a cashier really totally disappointed in the treatment and return policy as their clothing has multiple flaws as it is not of quality so they were doubting my word to make the change or refund my money I have many years buying and I had never been treated in such a way, They are so bold that they asked for my wife's identification as a delinquent is a huge lack of respect really the clothes are not of quality and we are not to blame that the clothes are bad I hope they can take corrective measures to improve their policy and treatment of customers! !

There are about 100 customers in line and only 2 cashiers . No self checkout . I have never waiting this long in airport tsa checkout . Average waiting time is 90 minutes . Good luck if you shop here
