The staff at Majestic Solutions totally exceeded my expectations! I walked into the store wanting some advice on how to clean my car and take care of the plastic inside my Honda. Not only did they suggest the perfect products and tools, but they even gave me a demonstration to show me how everything works. I visited them on Valentine's Day and to my surprise, the owner told me I had won a hug...haha! He didn't know that I had recently experienced a loss, so that really made my day. These guys are so down to earth and fun! I highly recommend Majestic Solutions!

i usually have a driver deliver chemicals to me but last time was charged 80$ above price for 2 things drivers try to upsell chemicals to make extra money ! i stoped buying from that specific driver you have to check on ur drivers im not the only one this driver does that to because everyone else stoped buying from him .

Knowledgeable staff, and helpful.Had to change my review because all of their bottles leaked all the product.I kept them in my trunk and the gallon leaked out day one but I just accepted that as my fault but the spray bottles leaked slowly.

Just started my mobile detailing business 5 months ago. Struggled finding a loyal/Consistent product. We’re based in Morehead City NC. They came out and gave us a sample. Blew my mind away! Shannon came out today mobile with there truck! Great set up! Great prices! Such great products! Most importantly the respect he gave us! They just earned a new customer!

Had a fantastic experience with Andrew and his team….. came in one day, Andrew listened to the project I was working on, then recommended I bring it in the next morning so he look at it and give me the best advice. Next morning, he took time to show me how to use their tools, products, how to apply, etc. Over the top customer service!! (Phil - you are fortunate to have a guy like Andrew…)If you need any advice or supplies for cleaning or detailing - talk to Andrew at Majestic Solutions in Raleigh - I will not go anywhere else anymore.

I was extremely impressed by how professional and knowledgeable the staff I interacted with were with the products and how to use them. The staff member that helped me was Michelle; I highly recommend her specifically for anyone stopped by for cleaning/detailing needs for your personal or business vehicles. Very clean and well-maintained workspace and professional looking employees. Def recommend.

I was at majestic today and it was a guy that work there on crutches and I was wondering how he was going to get the gallon of tire shine. But guess what he did he put the crutches under one arm until he got the gallon of tire shine off the self and then he slide the gallon of tire shine with his feet to the register. Talking about great customer service. Kudos to this place!!!
