This is probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at Lush. First, thank you Lolo for helping me on the phone yesterday! Second, Judah and Gage are probably the sweetest human beings I have ever met. They are so lovely and welcoming when you come in. It was like talking to a friend you haven’t seen in a long time. They are so knowledgeable about each product and fully understand the brand. To have such a nice interaction especially during these trialing times was so refreshing. It may seem sappy but, I will truly cherish these two. It is so rare to find such kind humans nowadays and they truly live up to what lush stands for. Judah and Gage, I really hope you guys understand how wonderful and appreciated you are. You guys made my entire week. Thank you. Hope to see you guys again soon.

OMG!! While I was in lush, my BROTHER spontaneously imploded and GAGE simply reset time and put him together. She’s such a lovely help, 10/10. Definitely would come back, their products can fix even combusted skin! You’ll never have acne again!

READ: First time ever in this store. Emma was extremely helpful and kind and didn't mind answering any questions me or my sister had. Some products i didn't even know existed. She was quick to explain them to me in great detail . Which i appreciate. The store was beautiful and everyone was friendly. Thanks, Emma. hope to shop here again soon !

A group of my friends walked into the store and we immediately were profiled. The red head lady approached us and was rushing us out of the store, tweaking over us touching a try me jelly soap. we walked around the store looking at more items and she wrote down what we looked like and wouldn’t stops staring. My group of friends walked out respectfully and waited for another one of our friends to meet us outside of lush. Me and the friend that we waited for walked back into lush and was immediately greeted aggressively asking what we are getting today, as if proceed to explain we are just looking, she hovered over everything i was looking at acting like i was going to steal a product from inside the store. she put the retractable gate across the door behind us locking my friends out and keeping me and the other friend inside.In order to walk out i had to duck under the gate and so did my said friend. as soon as we walked away she undid the retractable gate and acted as if nothing had ever happened. If i were you i wouldn’t visit this location due to the horrible costumer service as this lady didn’t treat anyone else that walked in the same way. honestly if lush could get back to us about this it would be much appreciated as they need better training on their employees.

I went to Lish in a busy Sunday and LoLo had so much patience with me trying to find a mask that I used to use, and with her expertise she actually did find it for me all the while being sweet and kind. Then I had the pleasure to check out with Judah who was as equally as patience, kind, and knowledgeable evening giving me a few tips he learned from LoLo. I plan to visit again next month. I hope they are both there!!!

I’m actually still in the store at this current
moment receiving some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from Lolo and Judah. These two have educated me in the products while being personable, fun and accommodating. I will be back to see them personally! Great experience 10/10

I went to Lush for the first time in years and was helped by Lolo, Juda, and Brittany helped me. Juda and Brittany were so smart and kind in their suggestions. Lolo helped do so many demonstrations and took her time explaining everything. I’m so impressed and thankful for everyone’s help. Definitely will not wait years before going back thanks to them.

Last week, my sister and I visited the store to check-out the Curl Power & leave-in product. Judah graciously guided us through understanding the product, tailoring recommendations to suit our individual curl patterns. They also suggested the highly acclaimed Glory conditioner, which piqued our interest. Additionally, Judah imparted insightful knowledge about Lush's company background, usefulness of their product containers, and their distinguishing features.As I considered purchasing a bath bomb for my little one, Judah kindly educated me on the variety available, ensuring they were all organic and safe for children. They also shared a humorous story about a magnesium bath bomb.As we were leaving with our Curl Power purchase (used it for a week & it's absolutely amazing!!!), Judah generously provided samples of the leave-in conditioner, Glory conditioner, and a bonus peppermint scented joint cream for my sister's joint pain—a thoughtful gesture appreciated by both of us.Judah's warmth and expertise made our shopping experience delightful, and we're eager to return.(Judah, if you're reading this at 3AM, you're a gem!)

Lolo was absolutely wonderful! She was very sweet and extremely helpful. I struggle with acne and she gave me helpful suggestions. She has great product knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions, and show me other products that may also be beneficial. Lolo and her coworker (I didn’t get her name, I’m sorry) were absolutely the sweetest and even gave me the prettiest handmade bracelet! Will be going back.

Lush cosmetics Crabtree is a God send for my skin but, what makes them even better is their staff. This was my 3rd time here and I know the products are great but the 2 times prior it was overwhelming so a big Shout out to the knowledgeable Lolo and Judah for taking quality time with me today in helping me understand the products best for my psoriasis and vitiligo. Lolo and Judah both had empathy for me and provided soothing and moisturizing solutions for me. They are valuable employees for a person like me. Lolo had first hand experience with what I was experiencing and could make great recommendations and Judah further explained how to use products and provided samples. Both of them displayed top tier customer services. Lolo was stocking and working and she stopped just to help me. Judah’s check out process was seamless and both were friendly. Not to mentioned they couldn’t see the psoriasis on my scalp because I am Muslim and my entire body was covered. I really felt seen today. My concerns were heard and they both provided solutions. I’m so thankful and will always look for them.

Literal angels working at this location. I came in looking for a specific product but was quickly drawn in more by the bubbly personalities of the workers here. They were so knowledgeable about all of their products, able to make helpful recommendations, and just genuinely so pleasant. Anyone who has worked at retail knows how soul draining it can be, and the days are long. I went on a Saturday close to close and these angels were still so happy and helpful. I only wish that I had gotten their names. I love Lush as a company for what it stands for and its dedication to clean sustainability, but the best part about this visit by far was the staff. So, to the lovely lady with red statement earrings, my mycelium girlie, and Ms. Goth Baddie, so much love to you guys. I can't thank you enough and I can't wait to go back!

Lush has great products but when I come in I don’t need “relationship advice”. I asked my partner if they wanted something from lush and volunteered to pick up something for him. I don’t need to hear “well maybe your partner should come in himself if he’s particular about the scents.” M’am who worked there at 1:30pm today with a Medusa and septum piercing and a 252 tattoo on her wrist, if you don’t won’t to help customers find what their looking for, especially when it was only 2 people in the store (not busy at all) then just say that.
