If you get this office branch do not I repeat "DO NOT TRUST RYAN" he'll show you zero empathy in regards towards your situation as the customer and will not communicate with you behind the matter you must go over his head and file a complaint with BBB, Attorney General or however you can just to get a better outcome, because this guy should not be their representative for help as it is highly unacceptable poor customer service. But the history of complaints speaks for itself.Service: Oil change

Ryan from Team Lucor is a non caring individual he refused to help me and my wife get our car fixed after Jiffy Lube messed it up with no oil he told us to prove that it was Jiffy Lubes fault never ever trust this company they are very very shady!

DO NOT EVER GO TO THE JIFFY LUBE ON 2ND STREET IN WILLIAMSBURG VA! ON ONE VISIT THEY DID NOT PUT ENOUGH OIL IN MY CAR. I RETURNED A FEW WEEKS LATER WITH NOISES AND THEY SAID I WAS 4 QTS. LOW QITH NO INDICATION OF A LEAK.THE MANAGER WAS VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED AND TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUES.I DECIDED TO GO BACK AS I FELT LIKE THEY DESERVED ANOTHER CHANCE. I WENT BY YESTERDAY, 12-22, AND THEY WERE CLOSED DUE TO STAFFING ISSUES. TODAY, I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A MANAGER, NOT THE SAME MAN I HAD PREVIOUSLY DEALT WITH. I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY WERE OPEN. HE SAID THEY WERE AND I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE IN AFTER LUNCH.I GOT THERE AT 1:20 AND WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WERE CLOSING DUE TO STAFFING ISSUES. THERE WAS A CAR IN ONE BAY. I THEN COUNTED 4 EMPLOYEES INSIDE THE SHOP. THEY STILL REFUSED TO SERVE ME.I WENT INSIDE AND FOUND THAT THE STORE WAS OPERATED BY LUCOR INC. I CALLED THEIR OFFICE AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK. NO CALL.AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.Services: Air & Cabin Filter

Hi a well known musician here who go's by Evalass (No lies Just Google me) So my car engine got locked messing around with Jiffy Lube only after 5 days of driving it, it ended up locking up due to no Oil, and as I waited to get my car repaired by mechanic, I also needed a rental car for transportation, and the guy named Ryan assured me he would assist me in getting one after diagnoses was received, but as time and days went by no empathy was shown whatsoever so take it from me it doesn't matter who you are stay away from Jiffy Lube!Service: Oil change

Great service. The food was very tasty and hot. Toe the table could be cleaned better. It wasn't nasty but needed a good scrub. Atmosphere was relaxing.

One of the Jiffy Lube Locations failed to put Oil in my car and my car broke down on the side of the road the next morning. I have spent money and time trying to cooperate with Ryan, head of customer care at Lucor about my issue. It has been struggle to get to work everyday which is affecting my well being. I have heard nothing from him since I told him I will get my lawyer and he has told me that he is not going to compensate me for my money and suffering. This company does not care about their customers and he will keep hearing from me until the matter is settled.

I spoke with customer care representative Ryan concerning a claim i filed against Jiffy Lube. He was not only abrupt, but didn't seem to have time to deal with my problem. Follow up calls were worse, he never seemed to remember the reason for the claim and had no intention of settling things in my favor. Worst customer service ever.
